Feed Your Mind, Body & Soul is a piece inspired by the essential need to nourish every part of who we are.
The mind is fed through knowledge, curiosity, and experience. By reading, learning, and exploring life, we expand not only what we know, but how we see and understand the world around us.
The body is nourished through movement and, most importantly, through what we consume. True energy begins with natural, wholesome foods—fruits, vegetables, and everything that comes from the earth.
And the soul… the soul is fed by what makes us feel alive. By passion, by purpose, and by the courage to be unapologetically ourselves.
To care for your mind, body, and soul is not a luxury—it is an act of self-love. A daily commitment to honor your own existence.

The Biggest Small Town: How One Business Consultant Found
His Second Act in the
Spotlight
San Antonio has a reputation for being the “biggest small town” in the world. It is a city where you can board a flight to Hong Kong from Chicago and still find yourself sitting next to someone from the neighborhood. For one local resident, this unique blend of big-city opportunity and small-town heart provided more than just a home—it provided a “trove of character inventory” that would eventually lead to a surprising career transformation.
The Roots of a Storyteller
Though born in Show Low, Arizona, Brandon has called San Antonio home since the age of two. Growing up in a city saturated with vibrant culture and deep family roots, he found himself naturally drawn to the arts. As a child, he was captivated by the power of a well-timed joke or a spot-on impression, amazed by those who could take an audience on a journey or find humor in the darkest corners of life.
However, before Brandon could tell other people’s stories on screen, he had to navigate a difficult chapter of his own. For years, he lived through the “abusive relationship” of a substance use disorder with alcohol. It was a heavy burden that eventually led him to a crossroads in his mid-forties.
From Darkness to Clarity
The decision to embrace sobriety brought about what Brandon calls “a cool side effect”: a sharper mind and a healthier perspective. Turning his personal struggle into a platform for advocacy, he began volun-
teering in recovery circles and working as a sober coach. He utilized social media to share his progress, posting “before and after” photos not for vanity, but to offer hope to others battling similar demons.
It was this authentic vulnerability that caught the eye of the industry. A group reached out via social media, requesting a screen test for modeling. One successful shoot in Houston later, Brandon realized he had discovered a new outlet for his lifelong love of storytelling.
Finding the Right Representation
Wanting to keep his new venture rooted in his hometown, Brandon sought local guidance and connected with Lari Nelson of the Nelson Fashion Group. The partnership was instantaneous. Under Nelson’s mentorship and weekly coaching, the transition from the boardroom to the studio began to accelerate.
While Brandon’s primary expertise remains in the high-intensity world of business consulting—a field requiring immense focus and strategic rigor—he found that acting offered a necessary dynamic shift.
“In modeling and acting, jumping into a role allows you to take a step back,” Brandon explains. “Whether it’s representing a product or transmitting an emotion, you are conveying the impact of a journey.”
The Full Circle Moment
The ultimate validation of this new path came with a lead acting role that felt almost destined. When the producer described the character—a man navigating a difficult breakup involving heavy drinking and complex friend dynamics—Brandon realized his life had uniquely prepared him for the moment.
He was able to harness the real-world drama and joy of his past, transmitting those
raw emotions onto the screen to create something authentic. It wasn’t just about acting; it was about using the “darkness” of his history to connect with an audience and perhaps offer them a brief “vacation” from their own daily routines.
A Mission of Service
Today, Brandon balances the analytical world of business with the creative world of film. His objective remains consistent across
both: to be an asset to everyone he encounters. Whether he is advising a CEO or portraying a character on camera, his journey of sobriety has taught him that the most important story we tell is the one where we help others find their own light.
As he continues to build his portfolio, San Antonio’s “biggest small town” remains his greatest stage—a place where every connection is authentic, and every story is worth telling.

A familiar windmill that has welcomed generations of NIOSA guests now takes center stage on the 2026 “A Night in Old San Antonio®” medal, titled “Meet Me at the Windmill.” The new medal honors Frontier Town and the windmill as they both celebrate their 60th anniversary at this year’s NIOSA. The medal also celebrates the 14 areas of NIOSA as banners in the papel picado, and commemorates NIOSA’s focus as “A Celebration of Preservation.”

REY FEO 77 –DR. DAMASO ANDRES OLIVA JR.
The primary purpose of the Rey Feo—Spanish for “Ugly King”—is to raise funds for student scholarships and to serve as a goodwill ambassador for San Antonio during the annual Fiesta celebration. Established in 1947, the Rey Feo Scholarship Foundation promotes education, community service, and philanthropy, supporting approximately 150 students each year with college tuition and books.
Education has always been central to the Oliva family’s story. Dr. Damaso Andres Oliva Jr., affectionately known as “Danny,” came to the United States from Cuba at the age of three with his parents, arriving on a Red Cross boat with only the clothes they wore. From an early age, his family learned the power and meaning of education—how degrees could transform lives and open doors to opportunity.
Rey Feo 77 was raised and educated in San Antonio. He graduated from Antonian High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from St. Mary’s University. He later traveled to Mexico to attend Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. Upon returning to San Antonio, he completed his residency training in Psychiatry at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Rey Feo 77 continues a proud family legacy. His father, Dr. Damaso Andres Oliva Sr., served as Rey Feo 44 in 1993. This heritage is symbolized in Rey Feo 77’s crest, which reflects both his family history and his personal values.
The Rey Feo 77 Crest tells a story rich in meaning. Elements include the crown and hat representing Rey Feo, the wreath, and three Trinity crosses symbolizing spirituality. Olive branches represent the Oliva family name, while the Greek letter “Psi” reflects psychiatry. The Alamo and cathedral symbolize where the Rey Feo is crowned and blessed, and the cabrito represents the highest honor bestowed. The mariposa, Cuba’s national flower, honors his Cuban heritage. The Claddagh ring—hands, heart, and crown—symbolizes friendship, love, and loyalty. The flame represents curiosity and the lifelong pursuit of learning.
Professionally, Dr. Oliva operates a private psychiatric practice in downtown San Antonio out of the historic Alameda Building, which he owns.
During his reign, Rey Feo 77 maintains a demanding schedule, visiting more than 50 schools leading up to Fiesta to emphasize the importance of education and inspire students. He also brings energy and personality to his role, something audiences experienced firsthand when he served as a special
guest host on KLMO Radio, where his love of dancing became well known.
ViVa FIESTA!!
ViVa Rey FEO 77!!
Rey Feo is a powerful symbol of Fiesta and shines brightest during the celebration. His fundraising goal is to raise $777,000 during his reign, reaffirming his deep belief in giving back to the community. Rey Feo 77’s reign concludes in October.

NET WORTH VS. NETWORK:
The Power of Presence: Beyond the Business Card
WORDS BY JENEVY SIMS OWNER OF THE EVOLVE FIRM
In a marketplace crowded with titles and balance sheets, we often mistake our history for our destiny. But if your achievements are the foundation, your relationships are the architecture. While your resume tells people where you’ve been, your network determines exactly how far—and how fast—you can go.
Stepping into a room of high-level leaders shouldn’t feel like a competition to be the brightest or loudest. To truly stand out, you don’t need a louder pitch; you need a deeper frequency.
1. Trade the Pitch for the Pivot
The fastest way to become “just another contact” is to lead with what you do. Instead, lead with where they are going. By asking, “What’s the one mission currently fueling your fire?” you pivot from a stale transaction to a soulful connection. You aren’t just looking for a lead; you’re looking for alignment. That’s not a business move—it’s a power move.
2. Curate the Conversation
True influence isn’t found in a stack of twenty business cards; it’s forged in three unforgettable minutes. In a sea of “blink-and-you-miss-it” handshakes, choose radical presence. When you follow up with a specific insight they shared, you aren’t just staying “top of mind”—you’re proving that their voice carried weight. In a distracted world, being a genuine listener is the ultimate luxury.
3. Become the Bridge, Not the Destination
Your value in any room isn’t measured by what you can take, but by what you can unlock. The most memorable person in the room is always the one who connects dots for others. When you introduce two visionaries who need each other, your own stock skyrockets. You stop being a guest at the table and start becoming the architect of the ecosystem.
The Bottom Line: Your credentials might open the door, but your integrity and intentionality are what keep you in the room. Stop trying to be the most “impressive” person in the room and start being the most impactful. Let your legacy be the bridges you build, not just the ladders you climb.

LIVING HISTORY: THE IMMERSIVE
Magic of LAS DOÑAS DE MÉXICO
WRITTEN BY JENEVY SIMS | PHOTOGRAPHY BY EVA NICHOLS PHOTOGRAPHY
History didn’t just speak at the Mexican Cultural Institute of San Antonio—it breathed, moved, and mesmerized. For those of us who find our sanctuary at the intersection of fashion and heritage, the live experience of LAS DOÑAS DE MÉXICO by iLaCatrina® was nothing short of a cultural awakening.
This wasn’t a standard production; it was a powerful, multi-sensory tribute to the intellectual, political, and cultural architects of Mexico. Through a striking blend of avant-garde fashion, evocative movement, and narrative storytelling, these legendary women were reintroduced not as static portraits from the past, but as vibrant voices of identity and resistance.
As we celebrated Women’s History Month, the gallery transformed into a living archive. The night was thick with emotion and pride, proving that fashion is the ultimate vessel for continuity. Every silhouette on the runway
served as a bold reminder of the legacies that shaped a nation across centuries.
The attention to detail was equally breathtaking. Before the first model stepped onto the runway, the vision was already palpable in our hands. The official programs and backdrops—produced with “next-level” precision by Alpha Graphics—set a high bar for quality. Each page acted as a bridge between the inspiration and the striking, bold reality of the evening.
To witness LAS DOÑAS DE MÉXICO is to understand that our stories are our greatest ornaments. It was a night of striking visual storytelling that didn’t just honor the past; it brought those icons firmly into the present. For SA Monthly, this was more than an event—it was an unforgettable masterclass in culture, couture, and the enduring power of the female spirit.

Spring is here and time to find new eateries around San Antonio and surrounding Hill Country. A short drive from San Antoino, Hamby’s, family owned and operated, located at 437 S. Main Street in Boerne, Texas, is a welcoming visit with outdoor seating to include inviting yellow umbrellas, and pet friendly area along with an old-time pinball machines to preoccupy those kiddos while waiting for your smash burgers, shakes and shoestring fries or onion rings. A great
option with the warmer days ahead is the Boerne Blonde craft beer to pair up with the Wagyu beef smash burger. Also, on the menu and great for outdoor dining is handdipped corn dogs, chicken and fried fish sandwiches along with shakes and malts. Fiesta in a Glass: Celebrating San Antonio with Volada Vodka
In a city where culture, flavor, and community intersect so effortlessly, it only makes sense that a spirit born in San Antonio would reflect that same vibrancy. Volada Vodka—a locally crafted expression inspired by the refreshing tradition of aguas frescas and designed to capture the essence of South Texas in every pour.
Made right here in San Antonio, Volada Vodka takes a different approach to what vodka can be. Instead of masking flavor, it leans
into it—infusing premium Texas vodka with real fruit and sweetening it naturally with agave nectar. The result is a spirit that feels both elevated and approachable, rooted in authenticity and built for the way this city celebrates.
And there is no better time to experience that spirit than during Fiesta. For locals, Fiesta isn’t just an event—it’s a season of color, culture, music, and connection. It’s backyard gatherings, parade routes, and spontaneous toasts with friends old and new. Volada was created with exactly these moments in mind.
One standout way to bring that energy to life is through a simple, refreshing cocktail that mirrors the flavors of a classic agua fresca—bright, juicy, and undeniably festive.
The Watermelon Volada Fresca
Ingredients:
2 oz Volada Watermelon Vodka
3 oz fresh watermelon juice
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Preparation:
Pour Volada Watermelon Vodka over ice, then add fresh watermelon juice and lime juice. Gently stir to combine and serve chilled.
This cocktail is intentionally simple—because the ingredients speak for themselves.
The natural sweetness of the watermelon, balanced by a touch of citrus, allows the infused vodka to shine without overpowering the palate. It’s refreshing, sessionable, and perfectly suited for warm San Antonio afternoons.
More than just a drink, it’s a reflection of place. A nod to tradition. A modern take on something deeply familiar.
As Fiesta unfolds across the city, Volada Vodka offers a way to celebrate that feels both personal and distinctly local—raising a glass not just to the moment, but to San Antonio itself.

Heath Family Brands
Ahead of Earth Month, I’m reaching out on behalf of Heath Family Brands to share their sustainability story, which starts in the soil of the Texas Hill Country.
Heath Family Brands farms 68 acres of estate vineyards in the Texas Hill Country AVA across their Grape Creek Vineyards/Heath Sparkling, Invention Vineyards, and K Estate properties. Their approach to the land is guided by one core belief: healthy soil grows better wine.
Vineyard Manager, Clint Messimer, puts it this way: “Sustainability begins with building soil health and working with biology rather than against it. By integrating wildlife support and biodiversity-focused strategies, these methods create a self-improving system that becomes more resilient, productive, and balanced over time.”
In practice, which means no-till farming, returning canopy material to the soil, native ground covers and cover crops between rows, organic nutrients, and bio stimulants in place of synthetic inputs, beneficial nematodes for natural pest suppression, and under-vine mulching for water conservation. Together, these methods support beneficial organisms, invite wildlife and biodiversity, and create a self-improving system that becomes more resilient and balanced with every vintage.
That philosophy is now in the bottle. At K Estate, guests can taste the Estate White and Tempranillo, both grown on-site in the Hill Country. K Estate’s Provincia Rhone blend and Torn Loyalties are additional
estate wines coming this fall. At Invention Vineyards, an estate Tempranillo blend and a Tannat are in the works for 2027.
Heath Family Brands also collaborates closely with long-term partner growers in the Texas High Plains who share their commitment to sustainable farming, bringing an additional 600–800 tons of Texas-grown fruit into the portfolio each vintage. Guests visiting K Estate or Invention Vineyards will find a full selection of Texas wines on offer, sourced from these trusted farming partnerships.

The Psychology of Color
By Dr. Anna M. Gustafson-Clum
As sunshine chases away the nightfall, our days are just a little longer in the spring; we are enveloped by the beauty and colors of springtime and renewal. Brightly colored floral landscapes against the brightest Easter egg blue skies covered with puffy, crisp white clouds become our daily views. Texas in the spring is blessed with azure blue, blue bonnets, fire red Indian paintbrush wildflowers, and lush emerald shades of grass. The beauty of diverse colors impacts our minds and how we feel with little effort. For instance, some colors when too bold can cause feelings of anxiousness or overstimulation, while other colors can create calming effects leaving us feeling more relaxed,
comfortable, and secure.
Furthermore, the psychology of color is widely used in marketing, therapy, architectural design, fashion, environmental planning and even the purchasing of real estate, because colors can subtly influence mood, behavior, and perception. While responses vary by culture and personal experience, there are well-established psychological trends.
First, psychologically hues of red can lead to heightened alertness and mental stimulation. and is associated with love and passion. Yet, other people may find the color red overstimulating, and it can lead to feelings of irritability, unless balanced with other calming colors.
Second, shades of blue have a calming effect on the body, slowing heart rate and breathing while promoting relaxation and clarity. Blue is strongly linked to trust, reliability, and stability, which is why it is frequently used in corporate settings. Blue
can relay stability, reliability, and feelings of calmness. Emotionally, it reduces anxiety and stress, therefore blue is often a wise fashion choice for job interview candidates. Darker colors like black or blue with compliments of a brighter color such as red, green, or cream hues, can provide a good balance for a job interview outfit.
Third, colors like yellow, green, and purple represent energy, happiness, regrowth, and creativity. Therefore, some environments, such as playrooms, daycares and certain areas of the home, can benefit from those color selection in decor.
Joslynn Duncan, an experienced realtor at Orchard real estate explained how colors can help, sell your home, making it more appealing to buyers. Ms. Duncan stated, “Warm neutrals, like
creamy whites, beige, taupe, mushroom and warm greige (not the cool gray from before) are the most appealing options that home
buyers find appealing.” Moreover, keeping the overall theme of the home neutral is very important to the home’s overall purchasing appeal. Additionally, adding pops of color to the landscaping, such as vibrant colored flowers increases curb appeal, according to Ms. Duncan. She said that right now, brightly colored petunias and impatiens greatly increase the home’s appeal for prospective buyers.
Overall, the psychology of color plays a significant role in how we feel in our daily life and experiences. Understanding the psychology of color can help a person benefit in many ways, such as what to wear to a job interview, how to create a calming environment, either at home or in a clinical or corporate setting, and even city planning development. Many of our purchases are guided by colors from clothing, vehicles, and even major purchases such as real estate, including one’s future home.
In conclusion, warm colors such as red, orange, and yellow tend to stimulate energy, increase arousal, and encourage action. Cool colors like blue, green, and purple promote calmness, emotional regulation, and reflection. Neutral tones such as black, white, and gray shape perception and emotional tone, often grounding or balancing an environment.
So next time you look around taking in the beauty of spring colors and the changing of seasons, I hope you also see the psychology of color and how impactful it is in every aspect of our lives.

April arrives like a soft sunrise with a little sparkle in the air. The energy shifts, the weather warms, and the days stretch a little longer. Here in San Antonio, you can feel it everywhere — in the breeze along the River Walk, in the colors of the city, and in the traditions that make this place feel alive. April does not just arrive here… it celebrates. This season carries meaning. It is blooming flowers, vibrant culture, music in the air, and the sweetness of community gathering. With Easter Sunday, we are reminded of renewal, hope, and the kind of grace that invites us to step into a new chapter without fear

There is something powerful about a city that reminds you that every season has a purpose. April feels like lemon-bright optimism, golden warmth, and the courage to move forward even when life is still unfolding.
Sometimes we do not realize how ready we are for the next layer until the moment arrives. This month is about embracing opportunities that once felt distant. Saying yes to growth. Yes, to healing. Yes, to become the person into whom you have been evolving. Think of April as a turning page — vibrant, colorful, full of life, just like this city we call home.

Alcohol Awareness Month
With spring comes a lot of fun social events that people participate in. San Antonio has a two-week Fiesta which benefits many organizations and nonprofits and is generally a good time. Turkey legs, chicken on a stick, and funnel cakes are a crowd favorite. But it is no secret that alcohol is also a crowd favorite, and law enforcement has an increased presence to address any issues from altercations to DUIs.
April is Alcohol Awareness Month, observed from 04/01/2026 to 04/30/2026. It was established in 1987 by the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence to provide education about alcohol use disorder, effective treatment, and the reality of recovery.
Alcohol remains a leading preventable cause of death in the US, with approximately 180,000 deaths annually attributed to alcohol misuse. Globally, three million people die from alcohol consumption each year. Alcohol misuse is associated with more than 200 diseases and injury-related conditions. Prolonged alcohol use can cause liver disease, gastrointestinal issues, weakened immune system, and increased cancer risk due to carcinogens. Symptoms of alcohol use disorder include inability to control drinking, preoccupation with alcohol, increased tolerance, withdrawal symptoms, continued use despite health/relationship/income/job/ legal problems, neglecting responsibilities, behavioral changes, and physical health issues.
Alcohol use disorder can range from mild to severe. When someone is hungover, they are withdrawing. Many individuals self-medicate mental health diagnoses with alcohol use, which actually exacerbates the condition.
Alcohol use disorder can cause continued legal issues and harm to others through drunk driving and alcohol-related accidents. “Buzzed driving” is still drunk driving as one is still impaired behind the wheel. Relationships often dissolve due to alcohol use disorder. Children of individuals living with alcohol addiction are significantly impacted. According to Gitnux.org, they stated the following statistics:
- 25% of married couples with one partner with alcohol use disorder report lower marital satisfaction.
- Couples with heavy drinking husbands experience 50% higher rates of marital discord.
- 36% of spouses of alcoholics report emotional abuse linked to drinking.
- 31% of marriages with one alcohol use disordered partner end in separation within 10 years, versus 15% without.
- Husbands’ heavy drinking increases divorce risk by 50% in the first five years of marriage.
- 60% of divorced women cite husband’s alcoholism as the primary reason.
- 40% of intimate partner violence incidents involve alcohol use by the perpetrator.
- Alcohol increases intimate partner violence risks by 8 times when both victim and perpetrator drink.
- 45-55% of domestic assaults are alcohol-related per police reports.
- 65% of children witness alcohol-related intimate partner violence.
- Children of alcoholics are 4 times more likely to develop their own alcohol use disorder.
- 43% of adult children of alcoholics report
attachment issues in their own partnerships.
- 55% of couples’ arguments involve alcohol and escalate to child involvement.
- Alcohol impairs non-verbal cues, reducing empathy in 62% of discussions.
- 48% more likely to have negative communication patterns in drinking couples during conflicts.
- 39% of alcohol-fueled fights involve criticism and contempt.
- Binge drinkers show 27% less active listening in relationship talks.
- Alcohol predicts mutual avoidance and conflict resolution 35% of the time.
- 51% higher escalation rates in alcohol-influenced arguments.
- Couples with alcohol use disorder report 44% poorer problem-solving communication.
- 26% increase in stonewalling behaviors after drinking episodes.
- Alcohol reduces apology effectiveness and reconciliations by 33%.
- 37% of daily stressors turn into conflicts when alcohol is present.
- Heavy drinking correlates with 49% more hostile attributions in talks.
- Communication satisfaction drops 22% on days a partner is drinking.
- Alcohol-involved miscommunications lead to 40% of repeat arguments weekly.
- 53% higher defensive scores in intoxicated discussions.
- 59% of arguments lack resolution due to alcohol fog.
- 42% increase in passive-aggressive notes in drinking homes.
- Heavy drinkers use 20% more sarcasm in conflicts.
- 42% lifetime divorce rate among alcoholics versus 22% in the general population.
- 28% of binge drinkers will have marital dissolution in less than a decade.
- 55% of divorces in alcohol-dependent families involve custody battles.
- Wives’ drinking problems raise divorce risk by 20%.
- 38% of ex-spouses report alcohol is a factor in irreconcilable differences.
- 47% higher separation odds for couples where both people are binge drinking weekly.
- 52% of alimony cases involve alcohol-related financial responsibility.
- Alcohol misuse accounts for 25% of contested divorces in the United States.
- Alcohol-involved infidelity is cited in 29% of divorce filings.
- Alcohol-related financial strain reduces satisfaction by 32%.
- 45% of second marriages to alcoholics fail within four years.
- Cohabiting heavy drinkers dissolve unions 40% quicker than married couples.
- Alcohol is cited in 33% of annulments for fraudulently concealed habits.
- Fetal alcohol syndrome spectrum disorders impact 1 in 20 US children.
- 60% of alcoholic families expect child neglect linked to parental drinking.
- Children in alcohol use disordered homes show 2.5 times higher anxiety, impacting sibling relations.
- Parental alcohol use disorder is linked to a 40% higher teen substance use, affecting family cohesion.
- Sibling rivalry is 38% more intense in alcoholic households.
- Grandparent caregiving rises 20% in families with alcoholic parents.
Clearly, it is no coincidence the amount of damage alcohol use disorder can cause on an entire family.
Treatment options include inpatient treatment with medical monitoring, inpatient detox followed by continued intensive treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), ambulatory detox with daily clinic visits to a licensed chemical dependency counselor and psychiatrist with medication-assisted
treatment, and ongoing therapeutic support with a licensed clinician. Support groups include Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Al-Anon for families of individuals living with addiction. Resources and education are also available from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. It is important to have a support system and avoid people, places, and things that are not supportive.
To be clear, a person with an alcohol use disorder cannot moderate their use as they have an addiction. Addiction should be viewed as a mental health condition, and the treatment should not be from a punitive approach. Recovery is possible; however, it
is important to maintain sobriety and not be tempted for special occasions or holidays. Complete honesty with the support system is essential. When seeking help, providers should specialize in addiction, such as peer support specialists, recovery specialists, or licensed chemical dependency counselors. Fortunately, more restaurants, clubs, and events now offer nonalcoholic options as the sober curious movement has taken off in the past few years. While San Antonio does love fiesta, an event like Sober Fiesta at Los Patios is available annually and is a lot of fun.
In closing, I wish everyone a fun and safe fiesta.

Spring Forward: A San Antonio Guide to Renewing Your Health & Fitness This April
April in San Antonio doesn’t just mark a change in season—it signals a full-body reset. The air feels lighter, the sun lingers longer, and the city begins to bloom with vibrant yellows, soft pastels, and the unmistakable energy of spring. It’s the perfect time to realign your health, refresh your fitness routine, and step into a stronger, more energized version of yourself. This month’s theme— growth, renewal, and warmth—isn’t just aesthetic. It’s physiological.
The Power of Warmer Weather on Your Body
As temperatures rise in South Texas, your body naturally responds in ways that support health and performance. Warmer weather encourages more movement, making it easier to stay active without forcing motivation. Increased sun exposure helps boost Vitamin D levels, which play a critical role in mood, hormone balance, and immune function. Circulation also improves, supporting better muscle performance and recovery. In San Antonio, this might look like early morning walks along the River Walk, weekend hikes, or outdoor workouts before the midday heat sets in. The environment itself becomes a motivator.
Spring = Growth Season (For Your Body Too)
Just like Texas wildflowers bloom this time of year, your body is primed for transformation.
Think of April as your metabolic planting season—what you do now sets the foundation for how you look and feel heading into summer.
Simple ways to “plant seeds” for your health:
• Commit to a consistent workout schedule (3–5 days per week)
• Increase daily hydration as temperatures rise
• Add more whole, colorful foods to your meals—especially spring-inspired options like lemons, bananas, squash, and corn Small, intentional actions now lead to visible and sustainable results later. Spring Water Reset: Hydrate & Cleanse
Spring is the ideal time to refresh your body from the inside out. Hydration plays a critical role in energy levels, metabolism, skin health, and overall function. This isn’t about extreme detoxes—it’s about supporting your body’s natural processes. Upgrade your hydration by:
• Adding lemon or citrus for digestive support
• Incorporating electrolytes if you’re training outdoors
• Aiming for at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily
When your body is properly hydrated, everything works better—from fat metabolism to mental clarity.
Clean Body, Clean Routine, Clean Mind
Spring cleaning shouldn’t stop at your home. It’s the perfect time to evaluate and reset your habits.
Ask yourself:
• What routines are no longer serving my goals?
• Where am I inconsistent?
• What can I simplify to stay more disciplined?
Spring is your opportunity to reset without pressure. You don’t need to overhaul your entire life—you just need to refine it. Clean up your fitness approach by:
• Letting go of outdated or ineffective workout plans
• Refocusing your goals on strength, energy, and longevity—not just the scale • Creating a realistic schedule that prioritizes your health Clarity creates consistency.
Outdoor Fitness: San Antonio Style
San Antonio offers a unique advantage when it comes to spring fitness. The combination of warm weather, scenic outdoor spaces, and vibrant energy makes it easier—and more enjoyable—to stay active. Whether it’s running along the River Walk, training in local parks, or joining an outdoor fitness class, being outside enhances both physical and mental health. Exposure to natural light improves mood, reduces stress, and increases adherence to your routine. When fitness feels good, it becomes something you want to do—not something you have to force.
The Yellow Effect: Mood, Energy & Motivation
The color yellow represents energy, optimism, and clarity—and it aligns perfectly
with the goals of spring health and fitness. Surrounding yourself with brighter foods, environments, and routines can positively influence your mindset. Simple shifts—like eating more vibrant foods, training in sunlight, or even updating your environment— can increase motivation and consistency without requiring more effort.
Your surroundings matter more than you think.
Final Thought: Bloom Where You Are
Spring doesn’t require perfection—it requires participation.
You don’t need an extreme plan or a complete lifestyle overhaul. You need a consistent, intentional starting point.
Right here in San Antonio, with longer days, warmer air, and a city full of life, you have everything you need to begin again. This is your season to grow stronger, feel lighter, and show up better—physically and mentally.
If April had one message for your health, it would be this: Refresh. Recommit. Rise.
And just like the world around you… it’s your time to bloom.

Spring Reset: The 10% Health Shift That Changes Everything
As spring arrives and energy begins to rise, many of us feel the urge to “get healthy again.” We often hear the same advice: “Eat well and exercise.” Simple message but incomplete. If it were truly that easy, we would not be facing a reality where 93% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy, living with insulin resistance, inflammation, or early metabolic dysfunction. Even more surprising? Only about 7% of our health is determined by genetics. The remaining 93% is driven by lifestyle and environment, what we eat, how we move, how we sleep, and how we manage stress. Your genes are not your destiny. They are influenced daily by the choices you make.
The Power of 10%
You do not need extreme weight loss to see meaningful health benefits. Research shows that losing just 5–10% of your body weight can
•Improve blood sugar control
•Lower blood pressure
•Reduce inflammation
•Improve cholesterol levels
•Decrease risk of heart disease and cognitive decline
For many, this is a realistic and achievable goal—and one that significantly shifts longterm health outcomes.
Rethinking Exercise: It Does not Have to Be Intense
A common misconception is that weight loss requires intense, exhausting workouts. In re-
ality, the body responds best to consistent movement.
•Improves mitochondrial function (your body’s energy production system)
•Reduces inflammation
Daily movement—like walking, taking the stairs, or simply staying active—can be incredibly effective when done consistently.
Fatigue Is Not a Reason to Avoid Movement
Many people avoid exercising because they feel tired. But fatigue is often a sign of metabolic inefficiency, not a reason to rest more. Exercise helps by:
•Increasing mitochondrial density
•Improving energy (ATP) production
•Enhancing Oxygen Delivery
•Supporting mood and brain chemistry
Over time, movement does not deplete energy, it builds it.
Muscle: The Key to Longevity
Muscle is not just about appearance—it is one of the most important predictors of long-term health.
Skeletal muscle:
•Regulates blood sugar
•Improves insulin sensitivity
•Reduces inflammation
•Protects against aging-related decline
This is why strength training is essential, not optional. Even 2–3 sessions per week can significantly improve metabolic health and support healthy aging.
The Right Balance
Optimal health comes from a combination of:
•Daily movement (walking, staying active)
•Cardiovascular exercise (heart health and endurance)
•Strength training (muscle and metabolism)
Recovery Matters
The body does not improve during exercise—it improves during recovery. Without proper recovery
•Hormones become imbalanced
•Fat loss slows
Muscle repair is impaired
Prioritize:
•Quality sleep
•Rest days
•Proper nutrition
•Stress management
A Smarter Approach to Health
This spring, shift your focus away from extremes.
Instead:
•Aim for 5–10% weight loss
•Move your body daily
•Build muscle for longevity
•Balance activity with recovery
•Because lasting health is not built through intensity—it is built through consistency.

Spring Renewal: Awakening Your Body Through Natural Healing
By MedNatura
Spring is not just a change in season… it is a biological invitation.
An invitation for the body to awaken, reset, and realign.
Just as nature begins to bloom, the human body is also designed to enter a state of renewal. Energy shifts, metabolism responds differently, and the mind becomes more receptive to change.
At MedNatura, we understand that true transformation does not come from forcing the body, but from synchronizing with it.
Spring represents light, movement, and activation. It is the perfect moment to support the body through three essential pillars:
Detoxification
During winter, the body tends to accumulate toxins, inflammation, and stagnation. Spring is the ideal time to gently support the liver, digestive system, and lymphatic flow.
Nutritional Reset
This season invites lighter, cleaner foods. Fresh vegetables, hydration, and mindful eating allow the body to release excess and regain energy.
Activation & Energy
Movement is key. Simple daily actions—such as walking, breathing consciously, and reconnecting with the body—can significantly impact energy levels and overall well-being.
The Color of the Season: Yellow
Yellow symbolizes light, clarity, and vitality. It is associated with the solar plexus—the center of personal power, digestion, and emotional strength.
When this center is balanced, individuals often experience increased confidence, improved digestion, greater mental clarity, and emotional stability.
The Golden Balance Elixir (MedNatura)
As part of this natural alignment, a simple drink can become a powerful tool.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon natural honey
- Fresh ginger slices
Benefits:
- Supports liver detoxification
- Improves digestion
- Reduces inflammation
- Gently activates metabolism
- Enhances energy and mental clarity
Drinking it in the morning helps align the body with the natural rhythm of spring.
A Gentle Invitation
You don’t need to force change. You only need to align with what your body is already asking for.
Spring is your opportunity to reset, release, reconnect, and begin again.

What Skimping on Sleep Is Really Doing to Your Body
That groggy, short-tempered feeling after a restless night is something most of us know all too well. But emerging science suggests the damage done by habitual sleep loss extends well beyond a difficult morning. The long-term consequences, researchers are finding, are far more serious than previously understood.
Decades of investigation into how sleep affects the body have produced a striking consensus: those who routinely struggle to get adequate rest face dramatically higher odds of developing type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, excess weight gain, clinical depression, and a reduced lifespan. The numbers tell a stark story, adults who regularly clock fewer than five hours of nightly have a nearly sixteen percent higher risk of dying from any cause. Equally worth noting, consistently sleeping beyond nine hours appears to carry comparable health concerns. More is not always better.
Your
Body Is Keeping Score
Few connections in sleep research are as firmly established as the one between disrupted sleep and expanding waistlines. Adults who routinely get fewer than six hours of nightly rest are considerably more prone to carrying excess body weight. The culprit, largely, is hormonal. While we sleep, the body carefully calibrates the chemicals that control appetite, like leptin, which tells the brain it has had enough to eat, and ghrelin, which drives the urge to eat more. When your sleep is cut short and leptin plummets while ghrelin surges, sending you looking for high-calorie foods regardless of how much you have already eaten. Factor in the exhaustion that sidelines even the most
well-intentioned exercise plans, and breaking the pattern becomes an uphill battle.
A Tired
Heart Is a Vulnerable Heart
The cardiovascular system bears a particularly heavy burden when sleep is compromised. Even one night of poor rest can push blood pressure higher in those already managing hypertension, and prolonged sleep deficiency meaningfully raises the likelihood of heart attack and stroke. Obstructive sleep apnea intensifies these dangers further. Each time breathing is interrupted, and the sleeper briefly wakes, blood pressure spikes. Night after night, those repeated surges solidify into persistent high blood pressure, a leading driver of heart disease. Encouragingly, effective treatment of sleep apnea has demonstrated a real ability to normalize blood pressure readings.
An Exhausted Mind Cannot Hide It The psychological fallout of ongoing sleep deprivation is equally well documented. Persistent sleep loss has been closely tied to clinical depression, heightened anxiety, and chronic emotional instability. Participants in controlled studies who were limited to four or five hours per night showed steady deterioration in mood, motivation, and mental resilience, all of which rebounded meaningfully when proper sleep was reinstated. The conclusion is unavoidable: quality sleep is not optional. It belongs alongside nutrition and physical activity as a cornerstone of lasting health. Millions of people are quietly suffering the consequences without ever raising the subject with their physician. It may be the most overlooked conversation in medicine today.

Let’s get this out of the way: CRS isn’t a conference in the traditional sense. Sure, it checks the boxes panels, workshops, networking breakfasts but that’s just the surface layer.
By: Desiree Serna, Music Editor
Photography by: Isaiah Matthews, Solar Shot HD
What really happens at CRS is something closer to cultural osmosis.
You don’t just learn about country music you live inside it.
Panels like “Cycle of a Song” didn’t just explain how hits are made they walked attendees through the emotional and strategic journey of a track, from a songwriter’s spark to radio rotation and streaming success
Program directors didn’t just speak they unpacked their decision-making trees, showing exactly how songs get added, why some don’t, and what separates a hit from a miss
And artists? They didn’t just perform. They told stories about giving back, about failure, about persistence. You felt the humanity behind the music.
That’s the difference.
Professional Development That Actually Moves the Needle
CRS ’26 delivered real, tactical growth not theory.
Workshop Alley alone offered hands-on sessions covering everything from AI tools to on-air performance and sales strategy, giving attendees tools they could implement immediately.
But the real value? Context.
You weren’t just learning what works you were learning why it works in today’s countr y ecosystem:
How streaming data shapes radio decisions
How audience research is redefining programming
How talent engagement and stor ytelling drive longevity
CRS built its entire agenda around themes like innovation, music discover y, and resilience essentially mapping out the future of countr y radio in real time.
For Texas professionals, that kind of insight is gold.
Networking—But Make It Real
Let’s talk networking. Because yes, CRS is one of the most power ful rooms in countr y music.
Radio programmers. Label execs. Artists. Managers. Digital strategists All under one roof
But here’s the thing it doesn’t feel transactional.
It happens over coffee at a breakfast session.
At a label luncheon with live per formances.
Late night at a showcase where tomorrow’s stars are playing for today’s gatekeepers.
Relationships at CRS aren’t built they’re formed organically.
And for Texas artists tr ying to break beyond regional success, that access is ever ything
Why Texas Needs
Nashville (And V ice Versa)
Texas countr y has its own lane independent, gritty, fiercely loyal.
But if Texas wants to scale to build a true countr y music empire it has to connect with Nashville CRS is that bridge
This is where Texas artists can:
Get in front of national radio decisionmakers
Understand how Music Row operates
Align their sound and strateg y without losing identity
Because here’s the truth: Nashville isn’t the gatekeeper anymore it’s the amplifier.
And CRS is where you plug in.
The “Countr y World”
Effect
What makes CRS unforgettable isn’t just the information or the access it’s the feeling.
You walk into a room and realize:
This is the ecosystem
This is where songs become careers
This is where radio still matters
From the New Faces showcase to the Digital Music Summit, from research presentations to acoustic per formances, ever y moment reinforces one thing countr y music is evolving, but its core is still connection.
And for a few days in Nashville, you ’ re not on the outside looking in. You’re in it.
Texas countr y music artist, Laura Linda, was in attendance with her executive team.
“CRS made one thing clear countr y music runs on connection, and connection drives ever ything. I am stepping into this space with intention, discipline, and a sound ready to connect on a national level.”
Final Take & Editor’s Cut: Choosin’ Nashville
By Desiree Serna
Ella Langley’s hit may be Choosin’ Texas and trust me, I get it Texas raised me, shaped me, and gave me a front-row seat to some of the most authentic countr y music out there.
But after CRS ’26? I’m choosin’ Nashville.
Not as a replacement but as an expansion.
Because Nashville isn’t just a city It’s the epicenter It’s where countr y music breathes, evolves, and gets pushed onto a global stage. And during CRS, that energ y? It’s amplified

Biography of Joe Caballero
Joe Caballero is a singer, songwriter, and composer born in 1975 in Bartow, Florida. Raised between Texas and Florida, Joe grew up surrounded by a large, music-filled family. The Serrano side of his family, where every uncle was a musician, played a defining role in shaping his musical identity. Family barbecues and gatherings became his earliest classrooms, where he watched his uncles perform while his father sang alongside them.
At 15, Joe’s musical journey became more intentional. After school, he would head to the home of his Uncle Tony Serrano, who patiently taught him to play the accordion and later the guitar. Joe’s passion for music was nurtured not only by Uncle Tony, but also by the influence of Joe Serrano, Manuel Serrano, Tommy Serrano, Santos Serrano, and his
grandfather, Santos G. Serrano. By age 16, Joe began performing publicly, joining Conquista, a local band in Sweetwater, Texas, alongside his Uncle Tony. He later joined Grupo Devoción, led by female artist Angelique. After moving to the Texas Panhandle to work in the oilfield, Joe became a member of Super Elegante, contributing his skills on guitar and accordion.
Joe then settled in Abilene, Texas, where he lived for 15 years. During that time, he and Rene Garcia attempted to form a band, but the project did not come together. Still, music remained a constant presence in Joe’s life. For a decade straight, he attended the San Antonio Conjunto Festival, a tradition that kept him connected to the music he loved.
In 2022, Joe’s musical path took a pivotal turn when he met legendary artist Jesse Peralez, formerly of La Mafia and Xelencia. During a lengthy conversation, Joe shared that he was both a musician and a songwriter. Impressed by Joe’s talent and the strength of his original songs, Peralez encouraged him to begin recording his own music. He inspired Joe to start recording his original compositions and finally share his music with the world.
RUMORS Ibiza for 13th Season
Renowned Residency Returns to Cova Santa for 11 Shows
Special Guests to be Revealed
Globally renowned DJ and producer Guy Gerber announces his return to Ibiza with a new RUMORS residency at Cova Santa, taking over Wednesday nights across the summer season. The residency will run on May 20, June 17 and 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29, and August 5, 19, and 26, bringing his internationally revered event series back to one of the island’s most atmospheric venues, continuing a 13-year legacy of RUMORS residencies in Ibiza.
Long synonymous with Ibiza’s spirit of creative freedom, RUMORS has become one of the island’s most influential and enduring party concepts, known for its immersive atmosphere, eclectic lineups, and boundary-pushing approach to electronic music. Set against the hillside between Ibiza Town and Sant Josep, Cova Santa offers a unique open-air environment where nature, music, and culture intersect, making it a natural home for Gerber’s world-building approach.
A defining force in Ibiza’s modern club culture, Gerber has previously hosted game-changing residencies on the island, with RUMORS evolving into a global platform spanning events, label releases, and multidisciplinary creative expression. Known for hypnotic, emotionally driven sets that blur the line between electronic music and live instrumentation, his performances continue to explore the tension between dance floor energy and real-life experience.
The residency arrives during a landmark period for Gerber. On May 16, just days before the Ibiza opening, Rumors Chinatown Block Party will return to Gin Ling Way in Los Angeles, celebrating 10 years of the event series in the city with Guy Gerber & Friends. Beyond music, Gerber has also expanded further into the art world with his SEPARATE WAYS exhibitions in New York and Los Angeles, reflecting a broader creative vision
that continues to inform his work across disciplines.
The announcement follows the release of Gerber’s new Misirlou EP, which introduces a bold new sonic direction in his work. Blending surf-inspired guitar textures, rockabilly undertones, and cinematic songwriting with electronic production, the EP marks a creative evolution that will carry into his Ibiza sets this summer.
Looking ahead, Gerber is building toward a new live show concept and a full-length album expected later this year. As his sound and artistic identity continue to evolve, the Ibiza residency stands as a central platform for this next chapter, bringing together new music, new ideas, and the core spirit that has defined RUMORS from the beginning.

IMMERSED RETURN WITH HYPNOT-
IC NEW SINGLE “TANTRA”
AND SCORSI SHARE THE LATEST
SINGLE FROM THEIR UPCOMING EP
Immersed, the collaborative project from Brazilian producers Öwnboss and Scorsi, return with their new single “Tantra,” the latest release from the duo’s upcoming EP following their debut single “Now You See Me” earlier this year. The hypnotic, driving dance track is available now on all streaming platforms
Immersed emerged organically from the creative partnership between the two producers, who first collaborated under the Öwnboss & Scorsi name on their remix of Nari & Milani’s “Atom.” The remix quickly gained traction within the electronic community and entered the sets of artists including Steve Angello, where it has remained a fixture for several years. What began as a single collaboration soon revealed a deeper creative alignment, leading the pair to develop Immersed as a dedicated project built around groove, melody, and a distinct sonic identity.
Over the following two years, Öwnboss and Scorsi spent extensive time in the studio developing a shared approach to production centered on sound design as narrative. The duo explores contrast in their music, balancing density and space, tension and breath, impact and subtlety, atmosphere, and groove. Within Immersed, every layer carries intention, every texture serves purpose, and every space is carefully constructed to create an immersive sonic experience engineered for the dance floor without compromising identity.
“Tantra” continues the sonic direction introduced on “Now You See Me,” opening with a minimal, hypnotic house groove as trancelike vocals repeat the mantra “keep your eyes closed, meditate, transcend.” Whispered vocal lines and atmospheric tension gradually build before the track unfolds into a driving techno-leaning drop layered with
rave synths and pulsing bass. The evolving structure reflects the duo’s focus on carefully engineered sound design, where melodic progression and rhythmic intensity build organically into a heavier rave-influenced climax.
Beyond Immersed, both artists have established themselves as prominent figures within global electronic music. Öwnboss is widely recognized for his breakout hit “Move Your Body,” which has surpassed 200 million streams worldwide and ranked as the fourth most played track globally in 2022 according to 1001Tracklists. His music has been released on major labels including Spinnin’ Records, Monstercat, and Tiësto’s Musical Freedom, and he has performed at festivals such as Tomorrowland, Lollapalooza, Rock in Rio, Creamfields, and Ushuaïa Ibiza. Scorsi brings more than two decades of experience in electronic music with roots in drum & bass and a career that spans underground credibility and mainstream success, including releases and collaborations with artists such as ALOK, NGHTMRE, Autograf, and Tropkillaz.

Serene Everly
A Voice Rising with Purpose; SERENE EVERLY
On a stage filled with history, harmony, and heart, Serene Everly stands out—not because of her age, but because of her presence. At just ten years old, Serene carries herself with the poise of a seasoned performer and the sincerity of a young artist who knows exactly why she sings. Her voice, rooted in Tejano, Mariachi, and Regional Mexican traditions, tells a story far bigger than the notes she sings—it speaks of culture, resilience, leadership, and hope. Serene’s musical journey began early. At the age of three, she stepped onto a stage for the first time at a Christmas pageant, unaware that this small moment would mark the beginning of a lifelong passion. What began as a joyful expression soon revealed itself as a natural gift. By age six, she was enrolled in formal vocal training through the Network for Young Artists, where she continues to grow and represent the organization with pride.
As her talent developed, so did her discipline. Serene expanded her musical education with guitar and piano lessons between the ages of seven and eight, followed by private vocal training. Around the same time, she discovered Mariachi music—a genre that would shape not only her sound, but her artistic identity. By age seven, she was already performing Mariachi vocals, and at eight, she began master instruction with acclaimed Mariachi singer Jonathan Palomar. Her training deepened further under the guidance of Mariachi Maestra Alicia Covarrubias, with whom she has studied for the past two years and continues to train today. That dedication quickly translated into competitive success. In her very first year
competing in Mariachi vocals, Serene earned third place in Robstown, an achievement she recalls not only for the recognition, but for the community she found among fellow young performers. She would go on to become a finalist in both 2025 and 2026 at the prestigious UTSA Voces de Alamo Mariachi Competition, solidifying her place among the region’s rising young vocalists. But Serene’s talents extend far beyond the microphone. She is also a competitive folklórico dancer, performing traditional dances that represent multiple regions and cultures. Alongside her team, she has earned first-, second-, and third-place finishes, showcasing the same discipline and cultural pride she brings to her singing. Modeling and commercial work have also become part of her growing résumé, including appearances in commercials for the Gamez Law Firm and paid advertising productions.
One of Serene’s most defining moments came in 2024, when she was invited to share the stage at Deco Fest with Tejano icon Shelly Lares. Performing “Soy Tu Amor” in front of a live audience, Serene experienced what many artists only dream of. Lares—one of Serene’s musical heroes—has since become her mentor and vocal coach, guiding her both artistically and personally. Serene draws inspiration from other powerful women in music as well, including Alicia Villarreal, whose work she loves to sing, and Jenni Rivera, whose music holds deep personal meaning. One of the first songs Serene learned was “Mariposa de Barrio,” a song she connected with after overcoming bullying at the age of seven. For Serene, music is not just performance—it is healing, storytelling, and strength. Her confidence and clarity have also found a home on the airwaves. Serene is currently
the youngest radio co-host in Texas, appearing every Saturday on KLMO 98.9 and 92.1 alongside Danny Farias and Lisa Lisa. Behind the microphone, she brings the same authenticity and enthusiasm that define her performances, connecting with listeners of all ages.
Recognition has followed her commitment. Serene holds the title of World Preteen Miss Texas 2025, a role that reflects her dedication to leadership and service. She is also a 2025 Congressional Award winner for her song “Texas Strong,” and the recipient of the 2025 Uprising Tejano/County Artist Award at the All Star Awards. That same year, she earned nominations for Best Radio Co-Host and Songwriter, affirming her impact across multiple platforms.
Leadership, for Serene, is not just a title—it is a daily practice. At Gateway Christian School, she received the Leadership Steward

New York experience for every traveler in your family. From Broadway shows and iconic sightseeing to world-class dining, shopping, and relaxing moments, we curate trips that blend comfort, style, and unforgettable memories. Choosing the right season to visit New York is key, as each offer something special. I’ve experienced the city in all four seasons, and without a doubt, Christmastime in New York is truly magical. My first visit during the holidays was especially meaningful, as I had the opportunity to explore the city with a relative who lives
on Wall Street and shared its rich history and hidden gems.
New York’s landmarks never fail to impress— from the Statue of Liberty and the Chrysler Building to the 9/11 Memorial and the iconic Wall Street Bull. During the warmer months, families can enjoy rooftop views, exceptional restaurants, and even a Yankees baseball game. When winter arrives, the city transforms into a festive wonderland. The Saks Fifth Avenue light show, the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, ice skating, holiday shopping, and cozy moments grabbing the best pizza on the corner, meeting famous people like Patricia Field, famous Csostume Designer for “Sex In the City Show” creator of the popular “CARRIE” necklace, create memories that last a lifetime.
Some of my favorite neighborhoods include Little Italy, one of my absolute favorites, and Chinatown, each offering culture, flavor, and charm. We stayed at the brand-new Wall Street Hotel, visited Tiffany’s, and on our final night, gentle snowflakes fell as we walked from an Italian restaurant in Little Italy back to our hotel. It was elegant, festive, and truly unforgettable. New York City offers something extraordinary in every season—luxury experiences for adults, magical moments for children, and timeless memories for the whole family.
