Message from the International Personnel Liaison Officer Greetings from the International Personnel Office. Thank you for your ongoing support of our personnel from Canada & Bermuda serving outside of their home territory. We are so pleased to have been able to send further reinforcements for the mission of The Salvation Army around the world. In May, Lt-Colonel Sandra Stokes moved to the UK to begin her hew appointment as Assistant Chief Secretary (Administration) at International Headquarters.
