FOR OUR PRAYERS … . • • • • • • • •
We pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and cessation to the ongoing violence in Gaza, and for peace in Syria, Iraq & Ukraine. The Big Collection – we are struggling for volunteers; pray for the best outcome possible. We pray for our own children, young people and those involved in education as they return and settle into school. We thank God for the completion of the building works, and now pray for the new programmes made possible through this blessing. For our members who are struggling with ill-health in body, mind or spirit. For the persecuted ELDERLY Christians, often very poor and in need of care, that they may know joy and peace. The claiming of the ‘SQUARE MILE’ around our hall in prayer over the next weeks and months. DON’T FORGET – to use the Prayer Network – see Audrey Beeching or Jo Gaskin. ‘PRAYER FOR THIS WEEK – Back to School with God’
‘Lord, please bless all places of learning and those working within them. Grant Your Spirit of wisdom and understanding to dwell in the minds and hearts of teachers and pupils alike at the start of this new academic year. AMEN’
