Color | Steps 1. B egin the application at the front hairline with two backto-back babylights using Formula 1. 2. Working off a center part, start foiling about a ¼-inch away from your hairline foils. Take ¼-inch diagonal sections, skim off of the top and foil using Formula 1.
7. Process until desired lightness, then rinse and shampoo with Paul Mitchell® Color Protect® Post Color Shampoo.
3. R epeat this pattern until you reach the back of the head then mirror on the opposite side.
8. Towel-dry and apply Formula 2 to tone and refine from base to ends. Process for 20 minutes.
4. In the back divide into two segments, creating a back center dividing line.
9. Rinse, Shampoo with Paul Mitchell® Color Protect® Post Color Shampoo and condition.
5. T ake a ½-inch section, skim off of the top and foil using Formula 1. Stop when you reach the low crown and repeat on the opposite side.

6. At the low crown take a horizontal ¼-inch section, skim off of the top and foil using Formula 1. Alternate between weaves and slices until you reach the top of the head.
