Service Professional Access Privileges 2023 We hope that you can enjoy your Innisbrook access privileges. Please be aware that these privileges only apply to you, not guests, unless otherwise noted. The company can modify or revoke these privileges at any time. If you are both a Service Professional and Member, please be aware that you must adhere primarily to the service professional privileges. If you have questions about access privileges, please contact your Department Manager or Human Resources. In addition to the many fine access privileges here at Innisbrook, several other companies also provide our Service Professionals with discounts. Please see the Service Professional Resource Center (SPRC) in the Lower Deck or contact Human Resources at x5516 for more details. Service Professionals must notify their supervisor when coming onto the property for any non-work-related activity including dining and golf. SERVICE PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL INCENTIVE PROGRAMS You can earn money with our Applicant Referral Incentive & Sales Referral Incentive. Applicant Referral Incentive Refer someone to apply with us. Make sure they enter your name as the referral source on their application. If they are hired, you will receive $100 in your paycheck once they complete their 90- day probationary period and are in good standing. Earn $250 for a Manager referral. Earn $500 for an Executive Committee Member referral. All applicants should apply online by visiting: www.innisbrookgolfresort.com/careers. Sales Referral Incentive Non-Sales-based Service Professionals can receive a referral incentive equal to 10% (maximum of $5,000) of the actualized revenue for qualified room revenue, banquet/catering revenue, and group golf revenue based on their referral. The incentive applies to clients that have not been to our resort in the past year and that are not currently being prospected by a member of the sales team. The client must state your name upon initial contact with the Catering/Sales Manager. Payment of the referral incentive will take place after the event has occurred and we have received payment in full from the respective group. The incentive payment is exclusive of taxes, service charges, etc. Please see Human Resources for full details and/or to complete a referral form. No incentive will be honored without advance completion of the referral form.
