As I've watched my daughter grow, I'm now realizing that she has discovered the "secrets to success in life" at an early age... because now, at the age of 28, she's living the life of her dreams and making a full time MONTHLY income of $30,000-$50,000. So what's her SECRET TO SUCCESS IN LIFE? After analyzing her belief patterns, attitudes and actions, I've come to a conclusion. But first, let me just explain a few stories with illustrations just exactly how SHE IS... At the age of 3, she was involved for a short while taking ballet classes. Now, I don't think any one of us would call a three-year-old dancing a solo ballet on stage actually "successful". I mean, she didn't really dance professionally or anything. Yet when asked by an adult... "I'll bet when you grow up you want to be a ballerina, right?" WHAT DO YOU THINK HER ANSWER WAS? If you had asked me when I was three, I could have said something like, "Well, I'll never be THAT GOOD". But not HER... the response coming out of this child's mouth was, "I AM A BALLERINA!" Fast forward to the age of six - she's now in baton class with "two left feet" and, in my opinion, the worst in the class as the teacher demonstrated how to twirl a figure-8 baton. After a ten minute demonstration, the teacher asked, "Who thinks they can come up now and lead the class?" Angie immediately raised her hand high... ... While I hid my face in my hand, feeling embarrassed... what made she think she could LEAD? She sucked!
