APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE FINAL DEADLINE WILL BE REVIEWED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.

* IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AND UPLOAD YOUR PORTFOLIO BY OUR SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REVIEWED FOR MERIT SCHOLARSHIP.

1 Online Application

Apply online by completing the Common Application in addition to the SAIC specific questions under the My Colleges tab. (Search “SAIC” in the college search screen.)

You may submit your artist’s statement via the Common Application (within SAIC specific questions) OR through your SlideRoom ePortfolio submission.

You may contact recommenders electronically through the Common Application.

2 Submit Your Portfolio

SAIC requires an electronic portfolio (ePortfolio) submission. Be sure to indicate in the SAIC specific questions that you acknowledge that a portfolio is required. A Portfolio section will then appear with further instructions.

3 Send the Following

» Transcripts

» Letter of Recommendation (electronic submission through application preferred)

» Test Scores (optional)

International students need to provide proof of English proficiency by submitting either Duolingo, IELTS, PTE or TOEFL scores. Exceptions apply.
