Five Tips to Reduce Heart In ammation

February is Heart Health

Month! William Osler Health System’s Dr. Tamanna Chibber shares her tips to help maintain a healthy heart and reduce heart in ammation:

Choose anti-in ammatory foods. Highly processed foods can increase in ammation in your body. Choosing antiin ammatory foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and healthy fats like olive oil and sh oils, supports heart health and reduces artery damage.

Manage your stress.

Suffering from long-term stress releases hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which can lead to in ammation of the heart. Small stress reduction techniques like deep breathing, stretching, journaling, and spending time outdoors can help manage stress levels – take time each day to help calm your heart and mind.

Stay active and keep moving.

Staying physically active helps lower heart in ammation and maintains healthy blood vessels. Regular movement continuously for 30 minutes per day can make a difference.

Prioritize Sleep.

Lack of sleep can increase in ammation in the heart and body. Aim for seven to nine hours of consistent sleep each night to give your heart, body, and mind time to recover.

Avoid smoking, vaping and other recreational substances.

Smoking, exposure to second hand smoke, vaping, recreational drug use and alcohol can increase heart in ammation and cause other health problems. Staying smoke, vape and substance-free is a great way to protect your heart.

I’ve

always believed that education is the greatest investment we can make in ourselves—and that governments can make in their people. Growing up with modest means, it was my pursuit of education that presented me with many wonderful opportunities

Their sel essness wasn’t something they spoke about—it was woven into the daily choices they made, always quietly and without fanfare. Seeing them put our well-being and future ahead of their own taught me the true meaning of dedication and compassion. These lessons have been foundational in shaping not just my values, but also my career path. Their example inspired my commitment to hard work, my decision to enter a profession where I could help others, and my ongoing dedication to serving the community. Every step in my journey is a re ection of the values my parents instilled in me through their unwavering support and sel ess actions.

You’ve trained at some of the world’s most pres gious ins tu ons, from Harvard to Kellogg. How has this global educa on in uenced the wayyou prac ce den stry in Ontario?

I’ve always believed that education is the greatest investment we can make in ourselves—and that governments can make in their people. Growing up with modest means, it was my pursuit of education that presented me with many wonderful opportunities. As I moved from my humble beginnings to studying at renowned institutions, I discovered how transformative learning can be.

Being exposed to new perspectives and forwardthinking ideas at places like Harvard and Kellogg truly broadened my horizons. For example, at Harvard, I participated in a strategic negotiations seminar that challenged my assumptions and inspired me to approach negotiations differently. These experiences didn’t just shape how I see the world; they gave me the tools and con dence to accelerate my career and serve my community in ways I never imagined.

As someone born and raised in Toronto, how has your South Asian heritage in uenced yourvalues, leadership style, and approach to pa ent care?

I am deeply proud of my South Asian heritage. Born and growing up in Toronto, my parents lled our home with Indian traditions and values. As a child, I was continually taught lessons of righteousness from the Ramayana, sacri ce from the Sri Guru Granth Sahib, and karma from the Mahabharata. These lasting teachings have shaped my worldview.

These values guide my leadership style. When two team members disagreed over patient care, I relied on empathy and open dialogue—approaching the situation with patience rather than confrontation. This helped us reach a solution focused on the patient’s best interests.

Knowing Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu has also been invaluable. Speaking to patients in their native language has built trust and stronger connections, helping them feel understood and supported.

My heritage continues to in uence my daily decisions and commitment to compassionate, inclusive care.

A patient-centred, yet scalable dental practice model is rooted in prioritizing the patient’s unique needs above all else. While this principle may sound straightforward, it is often challenging to achieve in practice. Many dentists, due to their clinical training, tend to favour what is medically ideal rather than what is best for the individual patient. Determining the patient’s needs involves considering a range of factors, such as their nancial situation, level of anxiety about dental procedures, and personal preferences.

For instance, although dental implants are widely regarded as the gold standard for tooth replacement, an alternative treatment may be more appropriate if a patient is concerned about cost, feels anxious about surgery, or prefers a less invasive option. By thoughtfully weighing these considerations, clinicians can ensure that care is tailored to t each patient’s circumstances, truly putting their needs rst.

Scalability in a dental practice depends on having reliable, repeatable systems that support high-quality care throughout the organization. These systems must be embraced by the entire team, as they are responsible for putting them into action daily. Concrete examples of scalable operations include standardized appointment scheduling protocols to ensure ef ciency, consistent patient education materials so every patient receives the same quality information, and uni ed follow-up procedures to maintain continuity of care across all locations. By implementing these processes, a dental practice can maintain its patient-centred approach while successfully expanding and delivering excellence on a larger scale.

Dentistry is constantly advancing, with innovative surgical techniques, signi cant advances in dental materials, and the growing use of arti cial intelligence to help diagnose dental conditions. While these advancements are transforming dental practice, it is important for patients to recognize that these changes ultimately support a broader understanding: optimal dental health plays a crucial role in overall well-being. In fact, the major shift being acknowledged in Canada is that looking after your teeth is an essential part of maintaining your overall health.

Beyond clinical prac ce, you’ve been deeply involved in advocacy and policy through the Ontario Dental Associa on. Why is it important for healthcare professionals to engage in leadership and policy-making?

Optimal health enables society’s productivity and progress. Healthcare professionals, given their daily exposure to system challenges, are uniquely equipped to recognize and address weaknesses within healthcare delivery.

If left unresolved, these gaps can – and do - undermine the system’s effectiveness. My involvement with organizations like the Ontario Dental Association has allowed me to openly discuss issues and help nd practical solutions.

By engaging in leadership and policy-making, healthcare professionals can make meaningful improvements, strengthening the system and outcomes for all.

As a founding member of the South Asian Dental Associa on and former President of NIMDAC, what gaps were you hoping to address within the South Asian medical and dental community?

When the South Asian Dental Association (SADA) was established, dentists of South Asian origin in Ontario lacked a dedicated organizing voice. The creation of SADA provided a vital forum for these professionals to come together, share experiences, and discuss the unique challenges and opportunities encountered in their daily dental practice. Importantly, SADA became the rst dental association of South Asian origin to be of cially recognized by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the regulatory authority for dentists in the province.

NIMDAC (North Indian Medical and Dental Association of Canada) differs from SADA in its longer history and focus, as it is a wellestablished organization primarily representing North Indian medical doctors and some dentists. Upon assuming the role of President during NIMDAC’s 25th anniversary, the mandate was clear: to elevate the organization’s reputation and usher in a new chapter for its members.

During my leadership at both SADA and NIMDAC, we successfully united medical and dental professionals, increased awareness of our groups among regulators, governmental agencies, and key stakeholders, and strengthened our members’ access to resources.

This collective effort resulted in a stronger voice and enhanced ability to effect positive change for both the profession and the patients we serve.

Manyyoung professionals look up to you as a mentor. What advice would you give to aspiring den sts—especially South Asian youth—who want to balance excellence, entrepreneurship, and service?

I am truly humbled that my younger colleagues see me as a mentor. Early in my career, I was given one simple piece of advice: do the right thing, for the right reason, at the right time. That is the advice I feel is essential for all aspiring dentists – or for any career or vocation – who wish to have a career that embarks on the ne balance of excellence, entrepreneurship and service.

I am truly humbled that my younger colleagues see me as a mentor.
Early in my career, I was given one simple piece of advice: do the right thing, for the right reason, at the right time.

You’ve received numerous honors recognizing contribu ons beyond den stry. What does success mean to you at this stage ofyour career?

At this stage of my career, success means making a genuine, positive impact on my patients, my profession, and those around me. For example, supporting a patient through a challenging dental procedure and witnessing their restored con dence is deeply rewarding. In addition to my clinical work, I have contributed by leading initiatives within professional associations—such as collaborating on continuing education programs for colleagues—which have helped raise standards in our eld. Building on these experiences, I am now actively exploring opportunities to run for local of ce, driven by the belief that political leadership offers a powerful avenue to in uence public policy and improve access to care. By seeking to represent my community at the provincial or federal level, I hope to leverage my years of dedication and professional insight to address systemic issues directly, advocate for health equity, and serve a broader segment of society with lasting impact. Leading community health initiatives remains important, but I believe that pursuing political service will allow me to effect meaningful, sustainable change on a larger scale.

MILAN FASHION WEEK FALL/ WINTER 2026: REINVENTION TAKES CENTER STAGE

Milan Fashion Week, held from February 24 to March 2, 2026, unfolded as one of the most closely watched fashion weeks in recent memory. The season was defined by creative reinvention, headline‑making runway moments, and a renewed emphasis on craftsmanship and bold design. Across the week, designers balanced heritage with experimentation, while new creative leadership at several major houses reshaped conversations about the future of Italian luxury.

A central narrative throughout the week was the arrival of new creative directors at in uential fashion houses. The most anticipated debut came from Demna at Gucci, a show that quickly became one of the most talked‑about events of the season. Critics and industry insiders closely analyzed the collection, while major celebrity appearances and widespread social media attention amplified its cultural impact. The debut effectively positioned Gucci at the center of the week’s conversation and underscored the significance of leadership transitions within the industry.

Another widely discussed debut came from Maria Grazia Chiuri at Fendi. Fashion media described her first presentation for the house as a refreshing shift in tone, introducing a softer and more romantic aesthetic while drawing on Fendi’s Roman

heritage. The collection was often characterized as a ‘palate cleanser’—a moment of calm elegance that contrasted with some of the week’s more experimental shows.

Beyond these high‑profile changes, several other labels signaled new creative directions. Together, these shifts reinforced a broader theme: Milan had become a stage for reinvention, where established brands sought to reinterpret their identities while remaining rooted in tradition.

Alongside the leadership debuts, critics highlighted several standout runway presentations that defined the season. Prada received praise for a conceptually layered show that experimented with structure, narrative styling, and intellectual design references. Bottega Veneta drew acclaim for its emphasis on rich textures and sculptural silhouettes, demonstrating a sophisticated approach to material and form.

Max Mara continued to strengthen its reputation for refined tailoring and luxurious outerwear, delivering a collection that balanced timeless design with modern sensibilities. Meanwhile, Diesel injected high energy into the week with one of the most experimental presentations, blending unconventional styling with a bold and youthful runway atmosphere.

Fashion editors broadly described the season as a dialogue between heritage craftsmanship and forward‑looking experimentation. Many brands revisited their core design codes, reinforcing the importance of identity during a period of industry change.

Several major trends emerged consistently across the runways. One of the most prominent was the extensive use of texture and embellishment. Designers embraced richly layered fabrics, heavy embellishments, and sculptural surfaces, particularly in eveningwear and statement outerwear.

Layering and oversized silhouettes also dominated many collections. Voluminous coats, layered tailoring, and exaggerated proportions

re ected a shift toward expressive dressing and dramatic silhouettes. Outerwear emerged as a defining category of the season. Cape coats, oversized jackets, and dramatic silhouettes appeared repeatedly across runways, emphasizing statement outerwear as a central component of contemporary fashion.

At the same time, Milan Fashion Week re ected broader conversations taking place across the global fashion industry. Questions around diversity and casting continued to surface, with some brands facing scrutiny while others responded by presenting more inclusive model lineups.

The luxury sector’s economic slowdown also formed part of the background to the season. In response, many brands emphasized craftsmanship, brand heritage, and strong visual identities—strategies aimed at reinforcing long‑term value in an uncertain market.

Street style throughout the week captured a distinctly Milanese approach to fashion. Classic tailoring remained central, but attendees frequently paired traditional pieces with unexpected details such as brooches, bold coats, and oversized sunglasses.

Ultimately, Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2026 stood out as a pivotal moment of transition. Major creative debuts, strong runway presentations from heritage houses, and a renewed appetite for expressive design combined to shape the narrative of the season. Critics widely interpreted the week as a turning point for Milan—one in which legacy brands and new creative leaders alike attempted to redefine the future of Italian luxury.

Indian designer Dhruv Kapoor continues to strengthen his presence on the global fashion stage with his Fall/Winter 2026–27 collection, presented during Milan Fashion Week. This season marked a significant milestone: Kapoor was the only South Asian designer on the official Milan schedule, bringing a distinctive cultural perspective to one of fashion’s most influential runways.

Born in 1988, Kapoor trained at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi before moving to Milan to complete a master’s degree at Istituto Marangoni. His early career included time at Etro, where he worked on the womenswear design team and refined his understanding of luxury craftsmanship and textile experimentation. Since launching his own label, Kapoor has built a reputation for fearless selfexpression, fluid silhouettes, and designs that challenge conventional ideas of gender and identity. His rise has been marked by industry recognition, including the Vogue India Fashion Fund award and

being named among the most influential young Indians by GQ

For Fall/Winter 2026–27, Kapoor explored the concept of “transitional spaces”—the liminal environments people move through while traveling, such as airports, corridors,

elevators, and waiting areas. The idea echoes the anthropological concept of “non-places,” introduced by French anthropologist Marc Augé in 1992 to describe transient spaces where individuals briefly intersect without forming lasting connections. Kapoor translated this feeling of

suspension—being neither at the origin nor the destination— into clothing that feels deliberately unresolved and constantly in motion.

The collection began with five familiar garments from the Indian wardrobe: the kurta, bandhgala jacket, vest, petticoat, and briefs. Kapoor reinterpreted these pieces through a contemporary lens, transforming innerwear references into outerwear and blending traditional tailoring with relaxed, experimental silhouettes. The result was a wardrobe defined by layered styling, hybrid construction, and subtle tensions between structure and ease.

Textural contrasts played a central role. Frayed,

baggy denim and crinkle-pressed overshirts conveyed a worn-in, lived-through quality, while a lightly padded, floor-sweeping duster coat paired with jeans and studded ballet flats suggested travel-ready elegance. Elsewhere, unfinished details reinforced the collection’s in-between theme: a checkered T-shirt revealed visible draft layers in its graphic print, and jeans and tartan skirts featured ramagelike embroidery left intentionally incomplete. Bias-cut shirtdresses layered with multiple vertical prints incorporated glitch-like pixelated sections, giving the garments a slightly disrupted visual rhythm.

The show blurred distinctions between streetwear and glamour, presenting looks that resisted fixed categories or occasions. Kapoor himself described the designs as “unresolved,” reflecting a deliberate rejection of perfection and clear narrative endings. In a fashion landscape often driven by polish and precision, the collection embraced ambiguity as a creative strength.

Critics responded positively to the presentation, highlighting Kapoor’s ability to merge Indian sartorial heritage with global contemporary aesthetics. Observers noted the evolution of his design language— from his earlier streetwear foundations toward more refined tailoring—while maintaining the youthful energy and cultural storytelling that define his brand.

Ultimately, the collection demonstrated how traditional references, modern craftsmanship, and experimental layering can coexist on the international runway. By weaving together heritage and contemporary design, Dhruv Kapoor continues to carve out a distinctive voice—one that reflects both the complexity of modern identity and the growing influence of South Asian designers in global fashion.

WHERE CLINICAL EXPERTISE MEETS STRENGTH:

Manreet Aulakh

IS LEADING A NEW ERA IN PRENATAL & POSTPARTUM WELLNESS

You’ve spent nearly a decade as a Registered Nurse, with several years in perinatal care. What rst drew you to suppor ng women through pregnancy, labour, and postpartum?

My fascination with the human body and lifelong love for science made nursing feel like a natural path for me. I originally envisioned myself working in pediatrics, and early on I worked in the ER at BC Children’s Hospital. I’ve always been drawn to babies, and caring for the sickest little ones felt incredibly meaningful.

I originally envisioned myself working in pediatrics, and early on I worked in the ER at BC Children’s Hospital

But I also had a quiet pull toward perinatal care that never left me. While working in an urgent care centre, I nally followed that intuition and enrolled in the Perinatal Theory course at BCIT. It was the rst class where everything just clicked— understanding how a woman grows and sustains a baby, the hormonal shifts, the physiology… it lit something up in me.

That curiosity quickly grew into a genuine passion. I completed my Advanced Certi cate in Perinatal Nursing with honours and stepped into my role in labour and delivery. Supporting women

through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum felt purposeful in a way nothing else ever had. I left every shift feeling grateful and honoured to care for women during some of the most transformative moments of their lives.

How has caring for hundreds of women shaped your philosophy around women’s health and empowerment?

Being with women in their most vulnerable moments—when they’re scared, in pain, or stepping into motherhood for the rst time— showed me how deeply women bene t from being truly informed and supported.

It taught me that empowerment begins with education. When women understand their bodies and their options, they make decisions from a place of con dence rather than fear. I also realized how incredibly strong women already are; often, they just need the right information and support to tap into that strength.

These experiences shaped my entire philosophy: when women are given the knowledge and tools they deserve, they rise. Whether in nursing or coaching, my goal is to help women feel capable, connected to their bodies, and con dent in the decisions they make throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

Many women were entering pregnancy already stressed, under-nourished, insulin-resistant, or deconditioned

While working in labour and delivery, you became curious about the rising rates of highrisk condi ons and emergency interven ons. What trends stood out to you, and why do you think they’re increasing?

During my time in labour and delivery, I noticed more women presenting with conditions like gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, excessive weight gain, and reduced mobility. I also saw an increase in emergency interventions—unplanned C-sections, medical inductions, and labours that stalled because the body wasn’t prepared for the physical demand.

What struck me most was that so many of these situations were preventable—or at least greatly in uenced—with earlier education and support. Many women were entering pregnancy already stressed, under-nourished, insulin-resistant, or deconditioned. And it wasn’t due to a lack of effort or awareness; it was because our healthcare system rarely emphasizes preconception health or proactive lifestyle guidance.

On top of that, we live in a culture of chronic stress, long work hours, poor sleep, and convenience foods—all of which affect blood sugar, blood pressure, and overall wellbeing. Pair that with the minimal guidance women often receive around safe exercise and nutrition during pregnancy, and it’s no surprise that complications are on the rise. Seeing these patterns over and over again is what pushed me to dive deeper into the research.

Oneofthemostpowerful insightsfrommyresearch isjusthowmuchintentional strengthtrainingandgood nutritioncanreshape awoman’spregnancy experience

I wanted to understand how lifestyle interventions—especially strength training and proper nutrition—could reduce risk long before a woman reached the delivery room. That curiosity is ultimately what inspired my shift into coaching.

Your research uncovered links between nutri on, strength training, and reduced pregnancy complica ons. Can you walk us through the most compelling ndings?

One of the most powerful insights from my research is just how much intentional strength training and good nutrition can reshape a woman’s pregnancy experience. A 2025 systematic review in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that resistance training during pregnancy can lower the risk of gestational hypertension by 58%, gestational diabetes by 38%, perinatal mood disorders by 52%, and macrosomia by 33%—even when using very light strength training programs (Prevett et al., 2025).

What I love about these ndings is that they re ect what I see every day in practice: when women pair strength training with balanced

nutrition, they regulate blood sugar, support healthy blood pressure, reduce in ammation, and feel more energized throughout pregnancy. These two pillars create a healthier environment for both mom and baby—reducing complications while helping women feel strong, con dent, and connected to their bodies during such a transformative time.

How did these discoveries mo vate you to become a Personal Trainer and Cer ed Pre- & Postnatal Coach?

Discovering these connections was a turning point for me. As a perinatal nurse, I was already committed to supporting women, but when I learned how drastically strength training and nutrition could reduce complications like GDM, hypertension, and mood disorders, something shifted. It aligned perfectly with what I already believed—and with my lifelong passion for tness.

Seeing the evidence so clearly—like the 2025 British Journal of Sports Medicine review showing resistance training can reduce major pregnancy risks by 30–60%—made me realize women deserved this information long before they reached labour and delivery. I wanted to bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and practical, accessible coaching.

Becoming a Personal Trainer and Pre- & Postnatal Coach allowed me to give women the guidance, con dence, and support they weren’t receiving in traditional healthcare settings.

Embody Fit Collec ve blends clinical insight with lifestyle coaching. What makes your holis c, evidence-based approach di erent from tradi onal prenatal or postpartum care?

Embody Fit Collective bridges two worlds that rarely intersect: clinical expertise and sustainable lifestyle coaching.

Traditional prenatal and postpartum care is essential, but appointments are short, education is limited, and the focus is often on what women should avoid rather than what they can do to feel strong and supported.

My approach lls that gap. I combine my perinatal nursing background with evidence-based strength training and nutrition coaching that ts a woman’s real life. I work proactively— prioritizing prevention of back pain, pelvic oor issues, fatigue, blood sugar dysregulation, and metabolic complications. Most importantly, women feel heard. They receive personalized guidance, accountability, and education that traditional systems simply don’t have the time to offer. To me, holistic care means supporting a woman’s physical health, emotional wellbeing, and daily habits— not just her medical chart.

What are some of the biggest misconcep ons women have about exercise or nutri on in pregnancy?

Here are a few I see often: “I should avoid exercise or lifting weights to keep the baby safe.”

This is one of the most common misconceptions. In reality, movement—and even strength training when

appropriately programmed—is one of the best things a woman can do during pregnancy. It helps regulate blood sugar, supports healthy weight gain, improves posture, reduces pain, and builds the core and pelvic oor strength needed for labour. Far from being dangerous, thoughtful exercise actually prepares the body for the demands of pregnancy and birth. I do want to note, there are some pregnancy conditions where exercise isn’t advised, which is why getting cleared by your healthcare provider is so

“I need to eat for two.”

Most women need only a small calorie increase. The focus should be on nutrient quality, not quantity.

Empowerment is shifting the narrative from restriction to strength. It’s helping women reconnect with their bodies, not feel afraid of them

“Core work is off-limits.”

Deep core training is essential. It helps support the growing belly, reduces back pain, and minimizes diastasis recti.

“Fatigue means I should rest completely.”

Gentle movement often reduces fatigue and supports mental wellbeing.

“Cravings always mean my body needs that food.”

Often, cravings come from blood sugar swings, low protein intake, stress, or lack of sleep.

You emphasize empowering women with con dence and educa on.

What does empowerment look like in the context of perinatal health?

Empowerment means giving women the knowledge and con dence to trust their bodies, ask questions, and make informed decisions. Pregnancy and postpartum often come with fear and con icting advice, but when women understand what’s normal and what they can do to support themselves, they move through this season with so much more clarity.

Empowerment is shifting the narrative from restriction to strength. It’s helping women reconnect with their bodies, not feel afraid of them. Ultimately, empowered women enter birth and postpartum feeling prepared, con dent, and supported—and that’s at the core of everything I do.

What emo onal or physical challenges do women struggle with most, and how do you support them?

Emotionally, many women struggle with fear, uncertainty, body-image shifts, and anxiety—both in pregnancy and postpartum. Physically, common challenges include fatigue, back or pelvic pain, weakened core and pelvic oor, and reduced mobility.

I support women by educating them rst—because understanding what’s happening in their body is incredibly grounding. Then I build personalized movement, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies that help them regain strength, energy, and con dence. Just as important is providing emotional support and reminding them they don’t need to be perfect—they just need guidance and compassion. My goal is always to help women feel strong, supported, and capable in every stage of motherhood.

My vision is to create a movement that reshapes how women—especially South Asian women—experience pregnancy, postpartum, and their own health. Our community still carries cultural stigmas around exercise, nutrition, mental health, and postpartum recovery, and I want to help shift those beliefs with education and empowerment.

Your mission is to help women embody their strength at every stage. How doyou de ne strength, especially in the context of motherhood

Strength in motherhood is so much more than physical ability. It’s resilience, adaptability, courage, and emotional depth. It’s showing up for yourself and your baby even on the hardest days. It’s being soft and strong at the same time.

Physically, strength is feeling capable in your body—supporting your core and pelvic oor, moving with ease, and having the stamina for pregnancy, birth, and caring for a newborn.

Emotionally, it’s trusting your intuition, asking for help, and giving yourself grace through transformation.

My mission is to help women recognize that they already possess this strength—and to give them the tools to embody it fully.

What is your long-term vision for Embody Fit Collec ve and your impact in the South Asian community?

My vision is to create a movement that reshapes how women—especially South Asian women— experience pregnancy, postpartum, and their own health. Our community still carries cultural stigmas around exercise, nutrition, mental health, and postpartum recovery, and I want to help shift those beliefs with education and empowerment.

Over time, I envision Embody Fit Collective expanding into a more comprehensive hub for women’s wellness, blending evidence-based guidance with accessible tools, programs, and community support.

Ultimately, I hope my work inspires women to trust their bodies, prioritize their health, and know they are capable of so much more than they’ve been told. If I can play even a small role in transforming how a generation of women approaches pregnancy and motherhood, that would be the greatest impact I could make.
