Sable Guardians Prestige Service
Our Prestige Service is our most comprehensive and personalised offering, designed for families seeking the highest level of care and support for their child while studying in the UK. It provides dedicated, tailored care, ensuring that every detail is managed professionally and thoughtfully.
With Sable Prestige, you can have complete confidence that your child is in expert hands, receiving exceptional support and care throughout their time at school. This package also includes a host family, ensuring that your child enjoys a welcoming “home from home” experience during school breaks in the UK.
Our Prestige Service includes:
• Assistance with visa paperwork and a Letter of Undertaking, ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations
• Completion of guardianship documentation required by schools
• Online pre-arrival meeting with the Sable Guardians team
• Introduction to a fully vetted, carefully matched host family
• Arranging safe transportation for your child during school breaks and to and from the airport or host family, using DBS-checked drivers to ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Provision of a student handbook with guidance about life in the UK
• A guide to staying with a host family
• Provision of a handbook for parents
• First term two school visits
• Second term two school visits
• Third term one school visit
• Ongoing email and phone support

Sable Guardians Gold Service
Our Gold Service offers comprehensive support for children studying in the UK, giving parents total peace of mind. From the moment your child arrives at the airport until they travel home for the school holidays, one of our dedicated guardians will be available to offer assistance and reassurance whenever needed.
Our Gold Service includes:
• Assistance with visa paperwork and a Letter of Undertaking, ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations
• Completion of guardianship documentation required by schools
• Arranging safe transportation for your child during school breaks and to and from the airport, using DBS-checked drivers to ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Provision of a student handbook with guidance about life in the UK
• Provision of a handbook for parents
• One visit for each school term
• Ongoing email and phone support
Additional support:
• A dedicated member of our team available for emergencies 24/7
Our core service provides a reliable UK-based guardian for your child while they study in the UK. Designed for older, independent students who return home during all school breaks and holidays, it ensures a responsible guardian is available locally in case of emergencies. As every child’s needs are different, we are happy to discuss whether this service is suitable for your family.
