Satya, Inc. is a real estate consulting company founded in 1999. The focus of this company has been on property development in the commercial real estate sector and we have proudly completed more than hundred projects since inception. Our projects are mainly centered in and around the greater Houston market and surrounding areas, primarily focussing on multi tenant retail centers, gas stations, dry clean plants, warehouses, office buildings and land development. Over the past years, Satya has become a reputable name in the real estate community, and has grown from a single asset manager to multiple mixed assets and risen to the value of more than two hundred million dollars.
OUR VISION Satya, Inc. has always been committed to develop projects that have a value added incentive. We will continue to enhance the property management functions we already possess to further offer these services to third party property owners. Our focus in the coming years is to offer in house construction services and explore other avenues in this growing market so we can include diversified profit making options within our portfolio. We would like to continue in the path we have taken of slowly and steadily coping with the ever changing market, and being a very resilient and strong real estate development company in Houston.

CONSULTING Satya Consulting provides the service to take your project from conception to completion with all the experience we possess.We consult on many types of real estate projects, including retail centers, gas stations, warehouses, dry cleaning plants, and office buildings. We provide strategic planning and direction, with independent feasibility reports, market and financial studies and transaction assistance. We also consult on tax analysis and owner representations in formulating ways to govern, manage and operate projects in a most efficient, costeffective and profitable manner.

SERVICES Property Management The experience of developing and building our own projects informs most decisions that Satya Property managers make in their attention to your property. In short, every property we manage is treated in a way that it lends pride to our name. Our focus will be primarily on maintenance, and most importantly preventive maintenance, assisted by our in house maintenance managers, who are completely devoted to the projects they are assigned. The Satya Property management team delivers personable, responsive service to all the needs of a center. The purpose is to create an atmosphere that potential tenants find reassuring. This encourages tenants to sign or renew leases, keeping your property always occupied and goes towards adding value to any project. Our management services include monthly financial reporting, collections and evictions, regular property inspections, evaluations and supervisions. These factors in maintenance, when executed by an experienced team like ours, most often always reduce costs in operating over all and help property owners stay within budget.
