/ FIRE STATION

Cochabamba, one of Bolivia’s most dynamic cities, is undergoing continuous growth that demands improved emergency response services. In this context, the project proposes the design of a fire substation in District 12—an expanding area with urgent public safety needs.

The proposal aims to provide a functional and efficient infrastructure capable of responding promptly to emergency situations. It also integrates into the urban environment through a contemporary architectural approach, emphasizing comfort, functionality, and adaptability to the city's territorial growth.

/ GRILL AREA MM.

This project involved the extension of an existing residence, developed through a contemporary architectural approach. The intervention focused on creating warm and functional spaces, using a material palette that includes wooden slats, rattan, and organic textures that add both warmth and sophistication.

The roof was designed as a concealed element, resulting in a clean and discreet volume surrounded by greenery, enhancing the project’s private and serene character. The proposal embraces a sensitive architecture that values both aesthetics and the comfort of its inhabitants.

This project involved the complete transformation of an industrial warehouse into a gym focused on calisthenics, weight training, and Power Plate exercises.

The design emphasizes a modern and industrial aesthetic, incorporating materials such as steel and exposed finishes. Strategic lighting and the integration of a large Buddha mural as a background wall create a sensory atmosphere, blending strength, focus, and energy, turning the space into an immersive experience for its users.
