Site-based day programs to engage, develop skills, foster independence, and promote community integration.
Men, women – age 18+ | Located in Boro Park and Williamsburg
Habilitative Clinic
Full-service clinic for people with developmental disabilities. Offering behavioral evaluations, psychiatry, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and counseling.
Evaluations are available to all individuals. All other services – individuals age 18+
RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
Lighthouse Respite Home
Luxury accommodations and compassionate respite care for short-term, overnight stays.

Family Care
When living at home is not an option, family care pairs individuals with compassionate families who provide them with the love and care they need.

Support and practical assistance throughout the OPWDD enrollment process, so your child can receive vital services for life.
Age Birth - 21 (Adults may be OPWDD eligible with documented proof of disability from before age 22.)
FINANCIAL SERVICES
Fiscal Intermediary - Self-Direction
Self-direction and brokerage services where individuals and caregivers can allocate an OPWDD-approved budget according to their preference.
Benefits and Entitlements
Assistance applying for government programs and benefits.

Housing Subsidy (Formerly ISS)
Subsidized rent payments for high-functioning individuals who can live independently.
