How long have you been with eQ Homes? I have worked for eQ Homes since the firm was created in 2009, I have had my current job as VP since 2017.
What is it about eQ Homes that makes you proud to be an employee? The culture that we have created that emphasizes empathy for our clients and stakeholders. We have created a buyers journey that aims to keep clients engaged throughout the buying process and we did this to share the process of home construction with our clients.
What do you like most about eQ Homes? The caring culture and the openness to learn and improve that is emphasized throughout the organization.
How would you describe the working environment? It is a culture of support, all staff support each other. It is a culture of growth, all staff are encouraged and supported to continue training.
