While the Vendor’s staff can advise and assist the Purchaser to develop their exterior colour scheme, the Purchaser understands and agrees that the Builder / Developer has the right of approval over all exterior architectural details, including exterior colour selections, and furthermore agrees that, should the Builder / Developer reject or disallow any of their initial selections, they shall make such reselections as may be necessary within five (5) days notice of such rejection. eQ Homes Inc. reserve the right to substitute equipment, material, appliances and brand names with items of equal or higher value, in our sole opinion.
