November has been a month of joy, gratitude and togetherness at Ruh, bursting with giggles, music and tiny adventures! From Children’s Day celebrations filled with pretend play, dancing feet and happy faces to Ruh’lympics Week where our little Ruh’lers showcased their skills with energy & enthusiasm, while the parents cheered them through, the month was nothing short of magical.
We sprinkled gratitude into our days with Thanksgiving activities, shared stories with our Mystery Reader and filled the air with warmth, laughter and love With every smile and curious eye, our children reminded us that joy truly lives in the little moments and November gave us plenty to treasure!
We also explored new learning experiences, celebrated creativity in every form, and strengthened bonds, making memories that will inspire our hearts for months to come.

November arrived with a gentle breeze, bringing with it a sense of warmth, gratitude and celebration.
This month, we celebrated Children’s Day, a very special day just for our little ones. We talked about how children make the world bright and happy, just like our children did every single day with their smiles, giggles and curious eyes

For Children’s Day, we had three fun play stations and the children moved around freely, exploring everything with excitement. Some made a little music band, shaking and tapping instruments Some became little chefs, mixing and “cooking” pretend food. Some enjoyed imaginative play, creating cute stories and games It was a morning full of happy faces and tiny discoveries.
Later, everyone sat together for music time Their favourite songs were played, and they danced with their sweet little steps, moving to the beat, jumping, twirling and enjoying the moment in their own joyful way The children were also excited for Ruh’lympics Week with the theme “Run for the Wild ” We prepared a fun carnival filled with games for our little Ruh’lers and their parents. The event was filled with laughter, cheering, and lots of playful moments

As Thanksgiving approached, our children brought fruits from home. Together, we packed them into a fruit basket and happily gifted it to our campus community helpers This activity helped the children learn about saying “thank you” and showing kindness to the people who help us every day.
We also enjoyed our Mystery Reader Day! A parent prepared a magical story for us, and the children were thrilled to listen and delight in the surprise. This month was a beautiful blend of celebration, learning and heartfelt connections, with children, parents and our wider community, making it truly special!

November was a joyful and lively month at Ruh, filled with meaningful celebrations and engaging learning moments. The month began with Children’s Day, where each learner received a heartfelt, personalised card from the educators, an expression of love and appreciation for the little ones who brighten our days

Our Fall Theme continued through the month, with learners exploring seasonal colours, textures, and hands-on activities that brought the beauty of autumn into the classroom. This theme carried into art, sensory play, and story sessions, encouraging curiosity and creativity.
One of the most exciting highlights was the Ruh’lympics Week Learners participated with energy and confidence, showcasing their Ruh’ler spirit and energy through yoga, relay and many more fun movement games at the final Ruh’lympics carnival. The cheers from parents, teamwork and community spirit made the event memorable for everyone.

We also marked Gratitude Day, where learners created heartfelt cards and simple gestures of appreciation for the community helpers at Ruh who support us each day. It was a meaningful experience that nurtured empathy and thankfulness. The month felt even more joyful with the many birthday celebrations, filling our days with songs, warm wishes and happy gatherings.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to this month’s Mystery Reader, Vayu’s mother, Ms. Shweta Bhandia, whose story session added a lovely spark to our Thanksgiving joy and celebration. With her thoughtfully chosen books and the gentle, engaging way she brought the story to life, the children were completely captivated, listening with wide eyes and enjoying every moment of the magical experience.

We concluded the month with a meaningful and insightful parent session on “Raising Unique Humans with Respect, Understanding, and Heart. ” It was a warm, engaging morning where parents explored practical strategies for effective and respectful discipline.

The session focused on unlearning old approaches rooted in punishment and discovering solutions that honour the needs of both the child and the adult. Through guided discussions, parents learned how empathy, connection, and clear boundaries can work together to create cooperation without fear or force
One of the highlights was the interactive, experiential learning. Parents participated in role play and scenario-based activities, putting themselves in the child’s shoes to understand how instructions, corrections, and limits are perceived from a child’s point of view This shift in perspective helped them recognise the importance of communication that is kind, firm, and respectful.

The atmosphere was open, reflective and supportive Parents shared honest experiences, asked thoughtful questions and walked away with fresh ideas and lots of excitement for the upcoming followup sessions
Their newfound insights are sure to strengthen parentchild relationships, foster mutual understanding, and create a nurturing environment for children to thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

And a woman who held a babe against her bosom said, Speak to us of Children.
And he said:
Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life’s longing for itself. They come through you but not from you, And though they are with you yet they belong not to you.
You may give them your love but not your thoughts, For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams.
You may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like you.
For life goes not backward nor tarries with yesterday. You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth.
The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite, and He bends you with His might that His arrows may go swift and far.
Let your bending in the archer’s hand be for gladness; For even as He loves the arrow that flies, so He loves also the bow that is stable.
From The Prophet (Knopf, 1923)
