K12 CAMPUS

Environmental Awareness

Learners were divided into groups and assigned eco-themed superheroes such as Captain Green, Plastic Crusher, Ocean Rescuer, The Oxygen Hero, Trash Buster, and Wildlife Warrior. Each learner stepped into the role of a superhero and researched their topic by gathering relevant facts, data, and statistics.

Using creativity and imagination, they designed their own costumes from waste materials and items available at home. Learners then prepared a presentation where they proudly introduced their superhero identity, explained their unique powers, and shared how they would use these powers to protect and save the environment.

The experience fostered creativity, research skills, confidence, and environmental awareness, making learning engaging, meaningful, and memorable.

This activity was also thoughtfully integrated with the FLE topic, Myths and Legends, allowing learners to draw inspiration from legendary heroes and mythical characters while creating their own modern-day environmental superheroes
