The Postojna Cave – also known as the Postojna Cave – stretches over a total length of 24 kilometers. Five kilometers of this is accessible to tourists. Visitors travel the first 3.5 kilometers comfortably by train.
After disembarking from the train, a guided tour leads visitors through impressive underground halls adorned with stalactites and stalagmites of various shapes. They learn interesting facts about the cave's geological formation, as well as its significance for nature conservation and regional history.
