Brno is the second-largest city in the Czech Republic. Travelers arriving by train will see the impressive Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul on Petrov Hill right outside the train station. The train station is located at the foot of Petrov Hill. Buses, trams, and taxis stop there. It is recommended to clarify your onward journey, such as the location of your hotel, in advance. Petrov Hill only slopes gently, and almost all routes into the city center lead over it.
