Far more than just counting passengers Infodev AI-Based APC: The New APC Trajectory Monitoring and Counting: Data Paradigm Our system provides multiple-counting zones. It is Since 2016, Infodev has been working on developing the next generation of its counting technology. The goal was to not only surpass the performance of our previous generation of systems but also to go beyond “counting passengers”. Since our first pilot in 2019, the results have exceeded our expectation for both objectives. This technological advance has produced extremely accurate results, reaching a level of 99.8% accuracy (less than 2 errors per 1000 passenger counts). The AI-based system can also detect different passenger types as well as objects typically found in public spaces and transit.

Seat and Space Occupancy / Passenger Presence Detection System:

Double-back Counting and Re-crossing: Our technology has the ability to detect passengers who double-back if they can be seen outside even partially. GTFS/RT: Compatible with the Google General Transit Feed Specification / Real-Time.

This option enables real-time monitoring of seat and luggage space availability. It can also eliminate cumulative load errors and flags abandoned objects. It provides insights into transit usage patterns, improving service quality, providing vehicle designers with passenger behaviour information and enabling resource management. The data can be displayed graphically or transmitted in real time via APIs or to apps. Tailgating Security: We can identify if two people are trying to enter a specific space at the same time (for example: airport security gates or turnstiles in transit building).
