Old Iron Show
Come and check out the classic Willys Jeep vehicles at the 1st Annual EJS Old Iron Show! MBs, CJs and more will be on display Thursday at the Old Iron Show at OSTA as we honor the heritage vehicles that launched our off road passion. The show will be a great chance to reminisce about those classic vehicles we once had that ignited our off road curiosity. This show will be a great opportunity to introduce our newest off road participants to the old iron that blazed the paths we now enjoy. Do you have a vehicle you wish to display? Send an email to Jeremy Rowan at pio@rr4w.com to secure a place for your "Old Iron" at the show!

At the 2025 Labor Day Camp Out the Red Rock 4-Wheelers confirmed our commitment to public land accessibility and stewardship by making another $25,000 donation to the Blue Ribbon Coalition! Our efforts are being rewarded as noted by several court victories and the reassessment of the Labyrinth Canyon/Gemini Bridges Travel Management Plan. Your contributions to the M.U.D. Fund make this possible. Be assured that the club will continue to advocate for your access to public lands. And the momentum is shift is continuing! Outdoor Recreation & Off-Roading is Codified In July a new executive order was signed to create a Make American Beautiful Again commission with the stated mission to “prioritize conserving our great American National Parks & Outdoor Recreation Areas.” In the order, “off-roading” was specifically mentioned as one of the outdoor recreation activities to be considered in policies that protect and expand access This is the first time “off-roading” has been specifically mentioned in a national order. Make no mistake about it: this is because of our collective voices and the noise we have been making. For details on the Labyrinth Canyon/Gemini Bridges reassessment please visit: https://blueribboncoalition.org/support-the-grand-reopenin g-of-our-off-road-trails-in-moab/ The club is proud to partner with the BRC in defense of access to public lands on the behalf of those who came before and those who will come after us. We would like to thank all those who have donated to the M.U.D. Fund over the years preparing us to have the resources for this battle. National Public Lands Day The Red Rock 4-Wheelers and the local BLM Moab office continued their tradition of completing a trail restoration and improvement project on National Public Lands Day (NPLD) this September 20th. The RR4W and the Moab BLM staff cooperated on not one but two projects on the Lost World Trail this year. The first project restored an area off trail that had been turned into a hill climb. The area was fenced, signed and raked to promote natural recovery in the area. The second project entailed making a very large boulder encroaching the top of a shelf climb much smaller. The team then used parts of said boulder to improve the approach on the ledge which had been severely undercut.
Held annually on the fourth Saturday of September, NPLD is the nation's largest single-day environmental volunteer effort. More than 100,000 people are expected to participate in thousands of events hosted by local, state, and national parks across the country. While there may be issues that we and many other recreational users of public lands disagree with the national BLM leadership, the Red Rock 4-Wheelers and the local BLM office in Moab have a long history of cooperation on local trail related projects and we look forward to continuing our relationship with our local partners.
