Important information Restaurant Rules & Reservations
• Reservations are required for dinner at Los Murales, Kinoko, and the Teppanyaki Experience. Reservations must be made the same day before 5 p.m. (ext. 165) and are subject to availability. Royal Resorts members may book in advance. • Smart casual dress code (no shorts, sleeveless shirts, swimwear, or sandals). • Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. • Menus and beverages are subject to change without prior notice. • The All-Inclusive package cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Premium Food & Beverages
Not included in the package (additional charge applies): • Lobster, fine cuts of meat, premium fish fillets, tableside preparations, flambé desserts, specialty coffees, fine wines, and premium beverages such as champagne, Black Label, and Patrón Tequila. • Food and beverages with an additional charge are marked with an asterisk on the menu.
All-Inclusive Package Policies Wristband
• Issued per person and non-transferable. Must be worn at all times during your stay. • Lost wristbands incur a $150 USD replacement fee. • Misuse of the package will result in cancellation without refund for the guest and all registered occupants in the room.
Visiting Other Resorts
• The package does not apply at The Royal Cancun®, The Royal Sands®, Hacienda Sisal, or Gran Salón Hacienda Sisal. Purchases require credit or debit card payment.
Special Events
• Thanksgiving and Christmas buffets are included with reservation. • New Year’s Eve parties may have an additional charge. • Other special events throughout the year may not be included in the All-Inclusive package.
Alcoholic Beverages
• Alcoholic beverages and house wine are served by the glass and are included in restaurants, bars, and room service. • In Mexico, serving alcohol to guests under 18 years of age is prohibited (valid ID required). • Please enjoy responsibly. Excessive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
