Coastal walks 2026

In the summer of 2026 the RPS Northern region arranged a series of photowalks at various coastal locations around the region. The intention was to try and cover the whole region and a combination of weekdays and weekends. The result was four walks: • The Lindisfarne Causway on Saturday 20th June. • Marsden Bay on Tuesday 30th June • Redcar seafront was meant to be on Friday 3rd July but took place on Friday 17th July (this was postponed due to Northumbrian Water's problem with sewage treatment) • Whitehaven Harbour on Sunday 5th July
