May 2023 Newsletter The Annual Exhibition is now live and shining, in Carnoustie Library , 21 High St Carnoustie DD7 6AN. It’ll be up until the end of June, so plenty of time to avail yourself of the pleasures of Snooty, and even if you’re not a golfer there is lots to see and do. The lead image in this year’s Exhibition is Down Came The Rain by Mike Tibbs ARPS, and a special mention to him for his vibrant, eye-catching, high impact image.
