Next issues of Heritage Photography
I would like to remind members to send me any material they would like to see published in future editions of Heritage Photography which is published 3 times per year. The next issue will be published at the end of March 2022 then the next issue for September. Don’t forget all past issues can be viewed on the RPS’s issuu site see https://issuu.com/royalphotographicsociety/stacks/e5208ecd8f7d49a7b1a1ef0043524256 Do keep an eye on the group website and make suggestions for additions or improvements or send blog posts to the secretary Mike Glyde who is currently looking after the website for the group heritage.secretary@ rps.org
Heritage Photography March & September 2022
It looks currently from materials I have to hand that March’s issue will be based around buildings and memorials and other aspects of the historic built environment more articles and photographs would still be very welcome especially great vertical images for the front cover. September’s issue is looking to be themed around historic photographic cameras and ephemera ideas and content welcome.
We have been able to highlight women members’ work in Heritage Photography but would welcome more so it can be more representative of all of the group’s members.
Heritage Photography submission guidelines
AS a refresher please remember to check out the submission guidelines for the journal onthe rps website at https://rps.org/media/21eb3lfx/heritage_photography_requirements.pdf and please e-mail me heritage.editor@rps.org and I can send you a dropbox file request which is easier than trying to send large files via e-mail.
