With 2025 shaping up to be a year of challenges, following on with what has been a very dry spring and summer. We are proud of the way our cattle have performed.
Our commitment to artificial breeding, allows us to offer a wide selection of genetics and giving us access to both new and proven sires. Alongside our bulls we have dug deep into our young heifers, offering up both joined and unjoined females.

Sale Information
Private TreatySale
Each lot has a set price as stated in the catalogue. Purchases are made on a first come, first served basis.
Inspections
We highly recommend inspections of sale animals. Inspections can be made via APPOINTMENT ONLY , please call eitherDon 0418 606 508 or Frances 0429 771 591 to arrange a viewing time. Animals will be available for Private Treaty Sale commencing the 10th of May 2025.
Invoicing
Invoices will be produced as purchases are made. Please fill in your trading details on the Buyer Detail page at the back of this catalogue or see vendor for copy of the Buyer Detail page.
GST
Each animal lot is sold exclusive of GST.
Insurance
Upon the production of a tax invoice purchased animal/s become the responsibility of the purchaser. Whilst animal/s await delivery they will be treated with care. We recommend taking insurance on your purchased lot/s.
Transport
Should you require transport for your purchased lots we can recommend Thomas Transport, Undera (Alan Thomas ) 0428 351 153 - For Local and Interstate Cattle Cartage
Guarantee
Should you have any concerns with your Rowlon Park Bull or female please let us be the first to know. Any claims against an animal should be done in writing and accompanied by a Veterinary certificate within six months of the sale date. If in the rare case that a bull or female is found to be incapable or infertile of natural service or pregnancy. Rowlon Park will refund the sale price minus the salvage cost of the animal. Please note all animals are handled on foot or by vehicle. No dogs, motorbikes or horses are used to muster animals.
Visitors and Safety
While we take great care and pride in offering animals with only the best temperament possible.
As they are animals you enter our facilities at your own risk. Children are not permitted in holding pens or yards with the cattle AT ANYTIME.
Health/DNA
We are a JBAS 6 Herd with no incidence of Johnes Disease ever being recorded. All animals have been ear notched and tested for BVDV (Pesti-Virus) and have all returned a negative result.
Simmental registered animals have been DNA tested with Neogen. Fleckvieh registered animals have been DNA tested with Zeotis.
All lots that hold a Poll/Homo Poll status have been confirmed via testing.
Performance Data
All Bulls have data that is collected and benchmarked using Breedplan and EBV’s.

Turn off the Murray Valley Highway onto Scobie Road. Continue for 1km and you will see our Rowlon Park Fleckvieh Simmental farm sign on your right hand side with a double gate entrance.
All females have been vaccinated with 5in1, Bovilis S and Salmonella Buz Vaccine for Cattle, and have been drenched with Vet-Mec Pour-On. Pregnancy
Tested heifers have been confirmed in calf by Kyabram Veterinary Clinic and unjoined heifers have all been scanned empty and reproductively sound for breeding.

The sale heifers have grazed Millet throughout the summer months as well as having access to Oat and Rye Hay. We do not feed grain to our sale animals.
