HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT We exclusively use Ecolab products.
We exclusively use wind energy.
All guest rooms have refillable bathroom dispensers. 100% of our guest rooms are equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting.
Towel reuse is encouraged. No single-use plastic is used in the rooms.
Water consumption has been reduced by 52% thanks to water-saving taps.
We separate all waste for recycling. Our hotel participates in Marriott’s “Your Stay Your Choice” program, where guests can skip daily housekeeping in exchange for Marriott Bonvoy points.
FOOD & BEVERAGE DEPARTMENT By carefully tracking consumption, we effectively monitor food waste and have reduced food waste per guest by approximately 25%. We save 70,000 paper cups per year by replacing them with ceramic mugs for our staff. 35.5% of our menu consists of vegetarian and vegan dishes. We aim to integrate circular agrifood products into our menus, such as our vegan bitterballen made from oyster mushrooms. This helps reduce food waste while making optimal use of raw materials. By sourcing a large share of our products locally, such as bread and coffee, we reduce our CO₂ emissions by shortening transport distances. We use fresh daily vegetables and fruit from our greengrocer, ensuring the shortest possible farm-to-plate route.
