What is the Rossall Foundation?
The Rossall Foundation was founded in 2005, by the then Chair of Council Hazel Trapnell, with the sole aim of supporting the School and helping it flourish
Rossall has a tradition of benefaction and the Foundation has been able to play its part in ensuring that the excellent education that Rossall has provided over the years will continue to benefit generations to come.
The Foundation aims to continue that tradition of giving back to the School so that the School and its pupils can continue to prosper, flourish and enjoy the most marvellous opportunities afforded by a Rossall education.

What is our current focus at the Rossall Foundation?
In October 2023, the Foundation launched the Heritage Project to preserve the history of three historic buildings on site and also ensure they are fit for purpose for the future The three buildings are Big School, Chapel and the Sumner Library Phase 1 would be remedial work on each of the three buildings and phase 2 would include renovations and modernisation
The first stage was to safeguard the Big School roof and this is now completed The last remedial stage of phase 1 will be to do work on the Chapel
How much has the Foundation raised to date?
Thanks to generous donations the Rossall Foundation has raised over £4 million since it was formed in 2005

The Annual Appeal
Do you want to donate to ensure an immediate benefit to Rossall? An annual gift will allow you to do that. Donating annually through direct debit or standing order will be of immediate benefit to the School Use the QR code to donate today
Bursaries
A Rossall ‘Changing Lives’ Bursary provides meanstested bursaries, allowing a child to benefit from a Rossall education which they otherwise would not be able to afford. Help us change more lives! Use the QR code to complete the online gift form.
Please look out for details on the new capital project coming soon.
There is also the Unrestricted Fund and all monies donated to this fund will be spent in areas of Rossall life that the School feel would benefit Rossall the most.
