XCEL ENERGY SHUT DOWN DAYS RosevilleAreaSchoolsparticipatesinanenergysavingprogramwithXcelEnergy.Attimesduringthe summer,wemayreceivenotificationthatweneedtodropenergyuseateachbuilding.Cuttingenergy usagemeansshuttingoffairconditioning,lights,computers,andotherpowersourcesfortherestofthe day.Wetryandmakethesedaysextrafunthroughalternativeprogramming;thankyouforunderstanding thatsomeprogrammingmaychangeatthelastminute Ifyourchildhasspecialneedsthatmaybe affectedbytheseshutdowns,pleaseinformtheSiteCoordinator.
