Our Marston range of furniture strikes the perfect balance between classic and contemporary design. Available in five finishes with a selection of handles to make it your own. Pair with a Marston freestanding bathtub and Marston close coupled WC to complete the look of your new bathroom.

The Alderbury range combines the traditional with the modern. Offering flexible design options including three finishes, and optional accessorieshanging strap or wall brackets.

Basin Units

The Compass range features compact 450mm & 500mm units, which offer the perfect solution of basin and storage ideally suited in cloakrooms and smaller bathrooms. For those who want extra storage space, there’s a choice of four 600mm units, available in either freestanding or wall mounted styles. There are also very practical 600mm double drawer or three drawer freestanding units with plentiful storage.

Compass features a deep ceramic basin giving generous wash space. Fully extending drawer runners make it easy to access all your bits & bobs. Why not create a hotel look in your home by upgrading to one of our countertop and worktop basin options. See pages 192-193 for more details.

Soft Close Drawers & Doors

Units

With both 1000 and 1200 runs to choose from, the Match range seamlessly integrates both basin and WC units into a single, stylish design. It is available in six finishes: Matt Storm Grey, Matt Viridian Green, Matt Oxford Blue, Gloss Light Grey, Gloss Clay, and Gloss White. Now featuring a choice of Chrome, Brass, or Matt Black handles and matching BTW unit trims, these details complement any modern bathroom interior perfectly. The installation process is fast and straightforward, with no cutting required to fit the basin. We recommend the use of the Tavistock Vortex Cistern, see page 196.

Isocast Basin with Integrated Worktop

The Match basins with integrated worktop area are extremely practical. They are manufactured using Isocast, a mineral substrate topped with a tough resilient gelcoat to give a glossy finish which is both durable and easy to clean. The look is seamless and modern. Available with both 1000 and 1200 runs.

UNDERSTAND YOUR SPACE

Make sure you get a feel for your bathroom layout before you start. Look at any wasted areas which could be maximised with the addition of storage units. It is advisable to install a WC unit in a similar position to the current WC to minimise installation costs. If you do want to change the layout of your bathroom, a good Tavistock bathroom retailer will be able to guide you through the planning process.

We have three stunning furniture styles to choose from, classic Legacy, contemporary Calm or sleek Scribe. Calm are available in 5 finishes option, Legacy has 4 finish options whilst Scribe is available in 3, see pages 86-119 for further details. All our Legacy units come with an oak internal carcass, while Calm & Scribe furniture features a graphite internal finish (with the exception of gloss white finish which features a white carcass). The most important choice when determining the look of your bathroom is door style and finish. Choose from the classic shaker style of Legacy, the ultra-modern simplicity of Calm slab style doors or the sleek handleless Scribe range. All available in a range of finishes, Legacy door styles come complete with oak carcasses, whilst Calm & Scribe door styles feature a graphite carcass (except for gloss white which has a white carcass).

COMBINATION & DEPTH OF UNITS

Consider the available space in your bathroom and choose from either standard depth (353mm) or space-saving slim depth (218mm) units. Establish how you use your space and plan your design accordingly; whether yours is a personal retreat or a room for all the family, you can combine sizes to suit your needs and maximise the space in your bathroom.

WORKTOP OPTIONS

Select a worktop from either our solid surface or laminate options. Alternatively opt for an integrated basin and worktop for a seamless look, which works equally well with both contemporary and classic bathroom designs. Why not define the overall style of your fitted furniture further by upgrading to an aspirational countertop basin option that works with both our laminate and solid surface standard depth worktops to create a luxurious hotel look. SOLID SURFACE WORKTOPS

Realistic stone like finish

Our range of solid surface worktops combines a seamless style with the look and feel of real stone. The stone-like beauty of the solid surface finish makes them a perfect choice for your bathroom.

Solid surface worktops are completely solid and can be easily cut to whatever size or shape your bathroom demands, with no need to bond on finishing strips. Simply cut to the desired profile and sand the edges to a fine finish. Adhesive is also available for joining longer runs or corner installations. See pages 133 - 134 for worktop prices.

We offer a range of comfort height solutions too. Sitting several centimetres taller than standard WCs they are perfect for taller, less able or elderly users. Our Aerial range also features an extra wide seat, offering total comfort for the user.

BACK TO WALL WCs

For a space saving, minimal, contemporary look choose a back to wall WC, where the cistern is concealed either in a furniture unit or behind a wall.

WALL HUNG WCs

For a clean, clutter-free look opt for a wall hung WC which being lifted off the floor gives the illusion of more space in a smaller bathroom. If considering a wall hung WC you will also need to purchase a suitable WC frame to support it.

TRADITIONAL WCs

If you want to achieve a traditional look go for our timeless Marston, Lansdown or Vitoria ranges which also include high and low level WCs.

Rest assured all our seats are fully tested including a drop test with a weight of 75kg from a height of 30mm for 15,000 cycles and are subjected to soft close open and close cycle testing of 30,000 cycles. So you can be sure our seats will last once installed.

Our basins come in a range of sizes of both contemporary and classic styles to suit your needs. We have basins suitable for use with or without a pedestal. Our collection also includes semi-countertop basins perfect for fitted furniture and cloakroom options.

We have a wide variety of choice, including premium plates with an ultra-slim 4mm profile, alongside simple yet elegant Brushed Brass push buttons to more hi-tech contactless sensor option. For those looking for a classic feel, we also offer a traditionally styled Chrome flush plate.

Such is our confidence in the quality of our basins and WCs, we offer a 20 year guarantee, excluding cistern fittings which have a 5 year guarantee.

For wall hung WC frames the metal frame has a 10 year guarantee, all other components are covered by a 5 year guarantee.

The right tap choice must combine the two key ingredients of design and functionality, and with this in mind we have designed a collection of taps that delivers both. There is something to suit all bathroom styles, from sleekly contemporary to charmingly traditional.

We have a variety of taps and styles depending on your bathroom requirements.

BASIN MIXERS & MINI MIXERS

Both contemporary and classic styles are available, with ceramic cartridge technology to give smooth, easy to use action and accurate flow control. For smaller basins or cloakroom furniture opt for a mini mixer to keep things in proportion. For an ultra-contemporary look, go for one of our stylish matt black, brushed brass or gunmetal basin mixers.

Our classically styled tap ranges also offer basin taps, for separate control of hot and cold water.

BATH FILLER, BATH SHOWER MIXER

Fill your bath with a deck-mounted bath filler in a contemporary or classic design and mix hot and cold water from a single spout. Alternatively upgrade to a bath shower mixer. The shower handset is really useful for washing hair or cleaning the bath.

CERAMIC DISC TECHNOLOGY

All of our taps are built to the highest technical specification, including the internal components. With a smooth and easy to use action, the ceramic discs in our basin mixers and bath fillers mean that a simple lift of the handle for basin mixers and a quarter turn for bath fillers takes the tap from completely off to fully on. Plumbing systems can sometimes suffer from poor flow rates. The UK is unique in that many homes are still using the more traditional, low pressure gravity fed plumbing systems commonly found in older properties.

Some manufacturers tend to design taps suitable for modern plumbing systems which can often cause disappointing flow rate when using the taps in UK homes. Tavistock’s in-house design team have recognised this problem and engineered our taps

for use with both high and low pressure systems. Most of our taps operate at 0.1bar or above.

If you are unsure, we recommend you seek advice from your plumber who will advise you on the plumbing system you have and the likely water pressures it can achieve. If pressures are too low even for our low pressure taps, you will be able to increase your water pressure using a suitable water pump - your retailer or plumber can advise you on this. Please note that all of our taps are also suitable for high pressure plumbing systems.
