DESIGNATION OF UNDERSECRETARY ROLDAN G. GORGONIO AS ALTERNATE EX-OFFICIO CHAIRMAN OF THE SUGAR REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION GOVERNING BOARD
In the interest of service, and in compliance to Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) Memorandum Circular 2012-8 (Alternates for Ex-Officio Members of the GOCCs Governing Boards), UNDERSECRETARY ROLDAN G. GORGONIO, Undersecretary Designate for Administration, Chief of Staff, and Officer-inCharge of the Office of the Undersecretary for Policy and Planning, Project Development, Research & Development and Regulations, is hereby designated as Alternate Ex-Officio Chairman of the Sugar Regulatory Administration Governing Board. As such, he shall perform the functions, duties and responsibilities inherent to the aforesaid designation and such others as may be directed by the Secretary. He is entitled to RATA, and all expenses that may be incurred in the performance of his duties and responsibilities such as travelling, per diems and other incidental expenses shall be chargeable against DA-OSEC funds, and other available funds, subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force until revoked in writing. All orderxfnconsistent herewith are deemed revoked.
