Designation of Undersecretary Roldan G. Gorgonio as Officer-in-Charge, Office of the Undersecretary for Policy & Planning, Project Development, Research & Development and Regulations
In the interest of the service, Undersecretary and Chief of Staff Roldan G. Gorgonio is hereby designated, in concurrent capacity, as Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Undersecretary for Policy & Planning, Project Development, Research & Development and Regulations effective 01 April 2019. Undersecretary Gorgonio shall perform the functions, duties and responsibilities, and such others as may be directed by the Secretary, as well as entitled to all the benefits and remunerations inherent to the aforesaid designation. All expenses that may be incurred in the performance of such duties and responsibilities, including travel expenses, per diems and other incidental expenses shall be chargeable against DA-OSEC funds, and other available and applicable funds, subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. All officials and employees of the Department, including the Bureaus, Attached Agencies and Corporations, Service Units and Regional Field Offices are hereby advised of this designation and directed to give their full support and cooperation to Undersecretary Gorgonio in the performance of duties and responsibilities. This Order shall take effect, on the above-specified date and shall remain in force until revoked in wpittfig. All Orders, Memoranda and Issuances inconsistent herewith are deemed duly revojs^a.
