In the interest of the service and in order to develop easy-to-follow authoritative guides on certain administrative matters of the Department, a Review Committee is hereby created for the drafting of DA Handbook on Personnel Management; Property Module; Training and Scholarship Guide; and Manual of all processes undertaken by all offices of DA, consistent with its Citizen's Charter.
