DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO UNDERSECRETARY ROLDAN G. GORGONIO AS HEAD OF THE PROCURING ENTITY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURECENTRAL OFFICE
In the interest of the service, and in relation to the General Memorandum Order No. 03, Series of 2016, Special Order No. 820, Series of 2020 and Special Order 871, Series of 2020, Head of the Procuring Entity (HoPE) of DA-Central Office is hereby delegated to UNDERSECRETARY ROLDAN G. GORGONIO, Undersecretary for Administration and Finance. As such, Undersecretary Gorgonio is hereby authorized to sign procurement matters particularly, public bidding or alternative mode of procurement (Approval of Resolution/ Award/ Purchase Order (PO) Work Order (WO) or Contract and Notice to Proceed (NTP)/Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in the threshold amount of Twenty (20) Million and below. This Order shall take effect reckoned on 2 January 2021 and shall remain in force until revoked in writing. All orders and memoranda inconsistent herewith are deemed revoked. Done this 'ltd day of
