DESIGNATION OF UNDERSECRETARY ROLDAN G. GORGONIO AS PERMANENT REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PHILIPPINE ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY BOARD
In the exigency of the service, and in compliance to Section 11 of the PEZA Law (R.A. No. 7916, as amended), USEC. ROLDAN G. GORGONIO, UndersecretaryDesignate for Administration and Chief of Staff, Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Undersecretary for Policy and Planning, Project Development, Research and Development and Regulations is hereby designated, in concurrent capacity as Permanent Representative to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Board. Undersecretary Gorgonio shall perform the functions, responsibilities inherent to the aforesaid designation.

All expenses that may be incurred in the performance of such duties and responsibilities, such as travelling, per diems and other incidental expenses shall be chargeable against DA-OSEC funds, and other available funds, subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. This Order shattJtiKe effect immediately and shall remain in force until revoked in writing. All orders and memoranda inconsistent herewith are deemed revoked.
