RECONSTITUTION OF THE TRANSITION MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (TMC) FOR THE LIQUIDATION OF THE AFFAIRS OF THE HUMAN SETTLEMENTS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (HSDC)
In the interest of the service, the composition of the Transition Management Committee (TMC) for the liquidation of the affairs of the Human Settlements Development Corporation (HSDC), a GOCC attached to the DA is hereby reconstituted. The TMC shall be composed of the following members and shall perform the duties and responsibilities inherent to their positions, in concurrent capacity with their regular functions and other designations, to wit: Chairman

Duties and Responsibilities: 1.
Oversee the winding down of activities and carry out other tasks necessary for the liquidation/deactivation of the HSDC.

Represent HSDC in all meetings, consultations, dealings and/or proceedings;

Manage the corporate affairs of the HSDC and its project, the Maharlika Livelihood Complex (MLC) in Baguio City;
4.
Maintain close coordination with the instrumentalities involved in the process;
