CREATION OF THE TRANSITION MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (TMC) FOR THE TRANSFER OF FOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER (FDC) TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (DA) - OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY (OSEC)
In the exigency of service and in anticipation of the approval of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) No. 11203 also known as the "Rice Trade Liberalization Law", which stipulates the transfer of FDC to the DA-OSEC, a Transition Management Committee (TMC) is hereby created. Conduct consultations and/or meetings to facilitate proper preparation of documents and other requirements relative to the transfer of properties (building, equipment, etc.), preparation of staffing pattern, request for Notice of Organization, Staffing, and Compensation Action (NOSCA), review of organizational structure based on Program
