The Committee is hereby instructed to convene immediately and perform the following functions: 1. Select the most appropriate design and fabrics; 2. Comply with the existing policy on the use of Philippine tropical fibers pursuant to R.A. No. 9242; and 3. Observe the procurement process and review contracts (re: deadline of delivery, quality control, repair and replacement agreement). This Order takes efect immediately and shall remain in force until the completion of the said transaction. All orders and memoranda inconsistent herewith are deemed revoked. Done this
