The Sale order line will be open from 9am on Friday 27 December 2019. You can order 24 hours a day. Please have your customer number (which can be found on the back page of your catalogue), your choices, the product codes and your payment details to hand, we’ll do the rest.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery will be charged at £3.95. During Sale periods please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. We can also provide a priority delivery service for £5.95. Priority orders placed before 2pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) will be delivered the next working day.

Deliver to store

When ordering by phone or online you can choose to have your order sent to one of our Rohan shops and delivery will be free. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive in-store. One of the Rohan shop team will give you a call as soon as it’s ready for collection. Just bring your order confirmation when you pop in to collect it.

If you need any assistance, our Customer Service line 0800 840 1411* is also open 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
