The Better Texas Scholarship helps the children of Rogers-O'Brien employees pursue higher education. Each year, RO awards two scholarships, one to the child of an hourly field employee and one to the child of a salaried employee, covering tuition, fees, books, and supplies up to $15,000 per year. Each award is renewable for up to four years, for a maximum of $60,000 per student. It's one of the ways RO invests in its people and their families, because together we build a better Texas.
