Recognizes an employee that embodies the legacy of Pat O’Brien, actively living out the RO core values, while demanding excellence and promoting the well-being of those around them. Nominee must be an RO employee with 10+ years of tenure. This award may not be given annually. Selection is based on the nominee’s alignment with award criteria and the judgment of the review committee.
PROJECT TEAM OF THE YEAR AWARD NOMINATE
$10,000 TEAM PRIZE $3,000 REGIONAL TEAM PRIZE
Recognizes one project team from each region for exceptional performance in safety, schedule, quality, client satisfaction, innovation and team culture. From the five regional winners, one team will be named the company-wide Project Team of the Year. Members of the company-wide winning team receive up to $2,000 each, based on hours worked on the project.
CULTURE BUILDER AWARD $1,500 PRIZE Recognizes one employee from each region who strengthens RO’s culture through leadership, collaboration, supporting others and living our core values. Each regional winner receives $1,500.
