FROM THE EDITOR

Hello from Fabulous Las Vegas!

We’re so excited to share this digital magazine, marking a new chapter as we expand our coverage into the Silver State, a place that already feels like home to us. As a UNLV graduate (Go Rebs!) turned Vegas local, I am honored to bring you this issue celebrating the city that truly has it all. From glittering Strip views and iconic chapels to luxury resorts and red rock backdrops, Las Vegas is the city where love goes big, bold and a little over-the-top... in the best way possible.

This is just a preview of what’s to come in our full Mountain West Bride Nevada issue launching this spring, but we couldn’t resist giving you a little taste of what makes this region so special. From a stunning golf course wedding at Cascata to a chic, Sex and the City-inspired styled shoot, plus engagement sessions at The Smith Center and iconic downtown elopements, we’re not letting these magical moments stay in Vegas. We hope these pages introduce you to the talented local vendors and unforgettable locations, showcasing just how versatile this city can be for every kind of wedding.

Consider this your sneak peek into all things Las Vegas, until spring!

Happy planning, babes!

xoxo, Bailey

KAT’S VEGAS BACH

“Vegas just felt iconic for my bachelorette! I wanted a weekend that was over-the-top fun, glamorous, and a little bit wild!” Kat shared. Staying at the Encore Tower Suites made the weekend feel both luxe and comfortable, with her whole crew just steps away. To spoil her girls, Kat surprised them with custom goodie bags filled with embroidered tote bags, jeweled hair clips, matching sweats, sunglasses and beauty favorites from brands like Tatcha, Morphe, Joanna Vargas and Herbivore. The bags even included personalized pink toiletry kits, making every detail feel thoughtful and elevated. With the perfect setting and her best friends by her side, all that was left was to dive into a weekend of unforgettable themes and activities.

The Vegas Edit: A Fashion-Fueled Itinerary

Thursday: Showgirl Seduction

The weekend kicked off with a glam dinner at Cipriani, followed by a pink limo surprise to the Vegas sign and Magic Mike Live. The bride dazzled in a custom white Retrofête gown with feather gloves, René Caovilla heels and a sparkling clutch, while her bridal party shimmered in sequined minis in an array of colors.

Friday Day: Barbies Gone Wild

Encore Beach Club set the scene with poolside beats by Gryffin. Kat rocked a custom ALT Swim set with a pink Chanel bag and embroidered veil, while her girls turned the venue into a Barbie dream house in head-to-toe pink.

Friday Night: Kat’s Playboy Mansion

Back at the suite, the girls slipped into matching Homebodii lingerie sets and embroidered slippers before heading out for the night. Kat switched into a lace bow dress by New Arrivals, while the rest of the ladies stunned in chic all-black looks.

Saturday: La Femme Katale

After IV drips and a room service recharge, Kat went full couture with a Monique Lhuillier halter, Chosen by Kyah skirt, Sophia Webster pearl platforms and a bespoke tiara. Later, she slipped into a sparkling chainmail mini just in time to dance at XS with Marshmello.

Sunday: Spa Day Sendoff

The girls ended on a cozy note with matching loungewear and self-care goodies, soaking up their last moments together before heading home.

BEGINNINGS

THE VENETIAN RESORT

BRIGETTE + RAHUL

Brigette and Rahul met like many modern day couples with a swipe right on Hinge. “From the very first message, Rahul stood out. He wasn’t just sending quick replies, he was writing thoughtful, genuine messages that made me laugh and think,” Brigette recalls. Their first date at Magic Noodle quickly became one of their favorite memories. The food was great, but the company was even better, filled with effortless conversation, laughter and even a competitive round at a Japanese arcade in Chinatown. “I told my mom I didn’t want to get too excited... but I already felt something different,” she admits. Two years later, during what Brigette thought was a simple beach getaway to Jamaica, Rahul asked her to join him for a sunrise walk. Dressed in a nice dress instead of pajamas at his gentle request, she followed his directions to a seaside gazebo adorned with glowing marquee letters spelling “MARRY ME,” rose petals and flickering candles. “I think I completely blacked out in the moment, because all I can clearly remember is saying ‘Yes,’ through happy tears,” Brigette shares. It was, without a doubt, the perfect start to their forever.

CASS + JOHN THE SMITH CENTER

Cass and John’s connection goes all the way back to middle school. Years later, that familiar friendship naturally evolved into something more, and it wasn’t long before they knew they had found their forever. After a year and a half of dating, John planned the perfect proposal in San Diego, California at Sunset Cliffs, timed flawlessly with the golden hues of sunset. After saying “Yes!,” the celebration continued aboard their sister-in-law’s family boat, surrounded by loved ones. For their engagement session, they chose a setting that emulated the timeless and classic vibe they envision for their fall wedding day.

JESSICA + GUNNER

Jessica and Gunner, having met in middle school, began dating in high school. The high school sweethearts went on to attend the University of Florida before heading off to medical and dental school. After more than a decade together, Gunner proposed on the Sweet Water Trail in Gainesville, Florida, a hike they enjoyed weekly, surprising Jessica mid-trail by getting down on one knee.

When it came time to say “I do,” a big wedding was never part of their dream. Instead, they chose an intimate elopement in Zion National Park, the location of their first self-planned vacation. Under a large tree on the Zion Lodge Lawn, surrounded by breathtaking red rock views and their closest family, they exchanged handwritten vows that had everyone in tears. Later, they celebrated in true Vegas style with a stop at In-N-Out Burger, a custom dinner at TAO and a legal ceremony at the iconic Little White Chapel.

BLUSH in the CITY

A modern nod to Sex and the City reimagines the glamorous reception Carrie and Big never had, set against the sleek backdrop of the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas. The celebration leaned into a chic, urban vibe with sweeping city views and sleek architectural lines. The ceremony space felt both romantic and refined, with gold-rimmed chairs leading to an altar framed by lush roses in white, blush and buttery yellow.

Inside the reception, the creative team carried the vision forward with tables dressed in floral linens that echoed the lush arrangements from the ceremony. Blooms in pink, peach and ivory spilled across tabletops, complemented by gold accents that elevated the entire look. Place settings layered in detail featured looped white chargers, crystal-clear glassware and modern flatware with golden handles. Menus printed in elegant script sat atop neatly folded napkins, tying each place setting together beautifully.

The cocktail hour added a splash of fun with signature drinks that looked as good as they tasted. From pastel pink concoctions to bright blue sips and frothy espresso martinis, the menu offered a little something for every guest. A three-tier cake stood as the centerpiece of the evening, its textured white layers adorned with delicate sugar flowers and styled on a gold-draped table surrounded by fresh roses. Every detail struck a balance between artistry and indulgence.

Fashion played a starring role in the story, with the bride in an off-the-shoulder gown featuring sculptural floral appliqués, paired with soft, cascading waves for a look that was effortlessly chic. The groom’s sharp black tuxedo added a sleek contrast, grounding the aesthetic in classic sophistication. Guests were treated to interactive details like a champagne wall and video guestbook, ensuring the experience was truly unforgettable.

WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS

CASCATA GOLF CLUB

Introduced through mutual friends, Ally and Nic quickly found their rhythm together. After four years of dating, Nic planned a breathtaking proposal at the Legacy Club at Circa, where the Las Vegas skyline glowed in shades of gold and pink as the sun dipped below the horizon. With their photographer friend capturing the moment, he got down on one knee and asked Ally to be his wife. Just shy of a year later, they returned to the city they called home to exchange vows surrounded by 68 of their closest friends and family. Their love of golf made Cascata Golf Club the obvious choice for their celebration.

To achieve an airy summer look, while keeping the blooms sturdy in the heat, Sara Lunn Florals designed the arrangements and installations with a base layer of peach toned roses and variegated foliage, which are stronger in the heat. Then, she layered chamomile, peach ranunculus, peach lisianthus, white campanula, and white cosmos throughout the arrangements to provide dimension, textural variety, and a whimsy to the design. Even with temperatures soaring to 105 degrees, the floral team came prepared, armed with misters, extra blooms, and a game plan to keep every arrangement looking fresh. They even scheduled a quick five-minute bouquet refresh for Ally just before she walked down the aisle, ensuring every petal was as picture-perfect as the moment itself.

VENDORS THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND

It was a hot day in Las Vegas, so we added touches that made our guests feel like they were taken care of - like pre-ceremony popsicle cocktails by Joy Pop, umbrellas for each guest at the ceremony and an ice cream cart during the reception with all of the nostalgic touches.

Ashley, with Ashley Creative Events, and her team were amazing to work with! They truly went above and beyond our expectations. Our wedding turned out to be the most beautiful day we’ve ever been apart of. Ashley and her team put every thought into every single detail that made it truly us. Not only were they taking care of all the big things leading up to our wedding, they also took care of all little things. With that, we were able to focus on our special day together and never felt any stress, just so much happiness!

With the help of Ashley Creative Events, Ally and Nic curated a celebration that embraced sunset summer hues. Ally stunned in the Milla Nova Montana gown from Perla Bridal, while Nic looked sharp yet relaxed in a cream suit without a tie, perfectly suited for the desert heat. Guests were treated to thoughtful and playful touches, from popsicle cocktails before the ceremony to umbrellas for shade and even a nostalgic ice cream cart later in the night. The newlyweds shared their first dance to an acoustic rendition of “Spin You Around” by Morgan Wallen before the party kicked into full swing with DJ Dig Doug keeping the dance floor packed all night long.

ADVICE TO FUTURE COUPLES

“Trust your vendor team through the whole process. Allow them to do what they do best, and it will lead to the best day! Soak in every single moment.”

LITTLE WHITE WEDDING CHAPEL

Chloe & Rhys

Chloe and Rhys first connected on Facebook, where flirty little chats soon made their way out of the message box and into real life. Five years later, on Chloe’s 21st birthday, Rhys popped the question, and after a nine-year engagement, they decided it was finally time to make it official. Ditching the big, traditional wedding, they opted for a day focused entirely on the two of them with a stress-free elopement at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas. With just four months of planning, they embraced the spontaneity, savoring every moment from nearly missing their ceremony slot to strolling the Vegas streets in their wedding attire. Their first stop as newlyweds? In-NOut Burger, of course, which they both agreed was “sooooo good” and the perfect way to kick off married life.

Why did you choose to elope

Planning a wedding without all the stress and hassle of trying to please everyone else, no big build up and no wedding blues either… Maybe just some Vegas blues! Marriage is about the two of us. Our lives are so busy, planning a big wedding was not going to fit into our agenda so eloping was the easiest way to finally tie the knot for us.

Jovana + Nikola

Introduced by friends, Jovana and Nikola’s love story took a whimsical turn when Nikola proposed after three years of dating with a handmade fairytale-style book recounting their journey together. Wanting to relive the magic of their marriage, they chose to renew their vows in a way that reflected their playful, fashion-forward personalities by heading to Las Vegas for a celebration that was all about the two of them.

The Little White Wedding Chapel set the stage for their stylish vow renewal, where Jovana stunned in Saint Laurent gowns paired with a Vera Wang veil, Chanel earrings, and Simone Rocha’s heart-shaped bag, while Nikola looked sharp in Gucci and Saint Laurent. From strutting the Strip in her gown and sunglasses to exchanging vows with an Elvis impersonator who sang three songs, the day was equal parts glamorous and fun. For a sweet finale, they toasted with cake and cocktails before heading to the Bellagio to celebrate.

ADVICE TO COUPLES WANTING TO ELOPE

“Just do it and have fun.”

SURE THING CHAPEL

Natasja & Gaetan

Natasja and Gaetan met unexpectedly at a hardcore punk show in a Brussels, Germany, warehouse back in 2015 and have been inseparable ever since. Marriage was never something they planned until one night, ten years later and with their little boy in tow, they found themselves laughing in their kitchen about flying to Las Vegas and letting Elvis seal the deal. What started as a joke quickly became their perfect plan, and before they knew it, they were saying “I do” at Sure Thing Chapel with Elvis officiating. For their wedding day style, they embraced a playful yet edgy aesthetic. Natasja stunned in a ruffled, vintage-inspired gown from Needle & Thread, paired with a flowing veil and bold blue eyeshadow, while Gaetan chose a velvet green suit jacket and classic bow tie for a look that was both dapper and distinct. After the ceremony, the pair headed to the Valley of Fire to capture keepsake images among the red rock formations.

JW MARRIOTT LAS VEGAS RESORT

Remi and Quincey, high school sweethearts, first met during their sophomore year at a party thanks to a mutual friend who would later become one of Remi’s bridesmaids. After twelve years of dating, Quincey planned a storybook proposal. On a snowy December evening in Denver, Colorado’s Larimer Square, Quincey led Remi through an elaborate scavenger hunt that ended with him getting down on one knee. “A few of the shop owners stuck their heads out to cheer for us as we stood up and kissed. It was literally like a Hallmark movie,” Remi reminisced.

VENDORS THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND Melina, our planner, is my favorite human! I wish I had her to organize and conduct my whole life!

Beauty Hour LV really came in clutch after the scheduling mistake. We needed six faces and hair done, and they only came prepped for one due to a miscommunication. But their artist stuck around and did as much as she could in the short time she had. She made sure my mother and I were done and then worked her way through the other girls as time permitted. I truly appreciate her sticking around. I don’t know that we all would’ve been done in time if she hadn’t.

With the help of Melina from Starry Eyed Events, the couple planned a Baroque Midsummer Night’s Dream–inspired celebration for 75 of their closest friends and family at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa. Remi wore the ethereal Celine gown by Jenny Yoo paired with a silk-organza veil and her grandmother’s opal pendant, while Quincey looked timeless in a custom ivory tuxedo jacket from Suitsupply. White florals, dramatic draping and soft candlelight set the tone for an evening that blended romance with cultural significance, highlighted by a joyful New Orleans–style Second Line and an energetic Money Dance honoring Remi’s Louisiana French Creole heritage. Meanwhile, guests enjoyed incredible food, a portrait-style photo station and a lively dance floor that stayed packed all night.

ADVICE TO FUTURE COUPLES

“Give yourself plenty of time to plan, but accept that changes will need to be made and mishaps will happen. No wedding day is entirely perfect, but with the right team it can be a little less stressful. Be your most authentic self and have confidence in your vision. There are plenty of traditions we did away with on our day or tweaked a little because we didn’t feel like it was us. For example, Remí and her father danced their father-daughter dance to a faster-paced song. There are no rules that it has to be a slow song. In fact, there are no rules at all. So do what you want.”

A Local Treasure

LAS VEGAS - FONTAINEBLEAU LAS VEGAS

Taylor & Rob

One cannot help but admire the slow, simmering romance between Taylor and Rob, which blossomed into an undeniable love affair. This Orange County couple, introduced by mutual friends, navigated the journey from platonic companionship to a wildly romantic love story filled with the kind of affection and attention to detail that fairytales are made of. With the help of wedding planner Andrea Eppolito, Taylor and Rob planned an extravagant black and white themed wedding. The ceremony leaned soft and light, layered with draping, florals by Flowers by Edgar and glowing chandeliers that made the space feel clean, modern and dramatic without being heavy. Taylor wore a Leah Da Gloria gown from Lovella Bridal, styled by Wedding Fashion Expert, with hair and makeup by Christian Saavedra. After their first kiss, the room filled with white confetti creating a romantic, high-energy moment that set the tone for the night ahead.

VENDORS THAT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND

Wedding Planner and Event Designer

Andrea, obviously. We became friends and have stayed in touch since the wedding. And we cannot thank Flowers by Edgar enough for the stunning production.

The reception shifted into bold contrast with a black dance floor, crystal chandeliers wrapped in florals, tall candelabras and a dramatic mirrored entry lined with floral trees and hanging crystals. Music by the Jordan Kahn Orchestra kept the night moving, while Nicole Hubbs Photography and Storybox Cinema captured every beat. Taylor later changed into a reception look by Walter Collection, perfect for a night of dancing, confetti and celebration. From the welcome party to the after party, the weekend felt seamless, luxurious, high energy and completely personal to Taylor and Rob.
