Dear Members, Guests, and Friends,

February has arrived, bringing with it some truly unusual Florida weather. We’ve experienced several cold mornings that have resulted in occasional frost and freeze delays, not something we typically see here. We appreciate everyone’s patience during these brief delays, as protecting the golf course is always our top priority. Once the sun comes up, the course has been playing beautifully.

Course projects and improvements continue to remain at the forefront at Rockledge. Our maintenance team is working daily to strengthen turf, improve playability, and ensure the course continues moving in a positive direction. Thank you for your continued support as we invest in the long-term health of the course.

February also brings competitive excitement with our Club Championship. We wish all participants the best of luck and look forward to watching some great golf.

Beyond the course, Rockledge Country Club is proud to be a place where memories are made. From corporate lunches and dinners to weddings and special celebrations, our venue continues to host meaningful moments for our community.

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and we will be offering a special Valentine’s Day Dinner. Reservations are encouraged.

We invite you to stop by Vue 18 for lunch, whether you’re coming off the course or just joining us midday. As a reminder, Rockledge Country Club operates as a golf club with lunch service, with extended hours reserved for special events.

Our pickleball community continues to grow, and Coach Keri is always welcoming new students. If you or someone you know is interested in learning the game, now is a great time to get started.

A Note from Bookkeeping

Member Notification:

We are currently transitioning to a new software system beginning March 1st.

As part of this change, we are unable to transfer stored credit card information from our current system due to credit card security protocols. To ensure uninterrupted service, we kindly ask that you complete a credit card authorization form, which is available in the Pro Shop by February 22nd. This information will then be securely entered into our new system.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. While we expect a smooth changeover, our team will be ready to address and resolve any issues that may arise.

New Team Member Introduction

Join us in welcoming our new Food & Beverage Manager, Yari Sierra.

You’ll see her often in VUE 18 and around the club at our events.

Yari brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality and food service, with a strong background in restaurant management, event coordination, and food & beverage operations.

Her career includes leadership roles at Duran Golf Club, Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Resort, and Margaritaville Resort, where she helped deliver exceptional dining and event experiences.

Known for her hands-on leadership style and passion for guest service, Yari is excited to bring her expertise and energy to Rockledge Country Club. Welcome Yari!

UPDATE

What a great start to the 2026 golf season at RCC. Although January featured several very cold days, the course stayed very active with 23% more rounds of golf over last January that were played by our Members and Guests. We kicked off the New Year with great attendance at our Red Eye Open, thanks to all the players that participated in a great day of golf.

Our Men’s and Ladies’ Interclub Teams are in full swing competing in the Statewide FSGA Interclub. After an opening loss in the first match, our Men’s team has won 3 in a row and leads the way with a couple matches remaining and are looking to advance to a 2nd straight State Championship appearance. Our Ladies team is also still in contention for our Regional Title!

On the lesson tee, the first week of February, we kick off our Winter Operation 36 programs for both Juniors and Adults with great attendance in both. We are also honored to be hosting an official PGA Hope Veteran training program that starts in February. This national program, sanctioned by the PGA of America, has selected our instructors to teach this program and the field is sold out. This program introduces and teaches golf to Veterans and Active-Duty Military and is designed to enhance the physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being of our Military. Best of all this program is free of charge to those who signed up, our Assistant Pro’s Dalton and Staci will instruct the program and have both been certified with some special training for this program.

In the golf shop, we have plenty of warm weather gear for you on these cold winter days. We have long sleeve pullovers from Travis Matthew, Anderson Ord, Nike, and Ahead. We also have logo winter hats, hand warmers, and several other warm weather accessories that help keep you warm out on the course. We also have the new Odyssey putters in stock and a full array of Callaway demo clubs featuring the new product line “The Quantum”, feel free to try anything out free of charge.

Host your Event at Rockledge Country Club

The Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom is the perfect venue for any occasion, accommodating up to 250 guests for cocktail events or 180 for seated receptions. With stunning chandeliers, dance floor, and a covered veranda overlooking the golf course, it offers a picturesque setting.

VUE 18

The Vue 18 Bar and Grill offers breathtaking views of the 18th green and Florida’s stunning sunsets. With the sleek bar and beautiful patio, it’s the perfect setting for a rehearsal dinner, cocktail reception, or birthday party.

The Green Room

The Green Room is a beautiful space that has floor to ceiling windows overlooking our First Tee. This Venue can accommodate up to 40 guests, and is the perfect place for lunch presentations, bridal and baby showers.

We are continually developing our new cart path traffic circles at tee exits and green entrance areas. Once again, these are designed to distribute the wear from cart traffic as much as possible. So far, results have been good. Please continue to be diligent and help us by following the directional signs, stakes and barricades.

We will soon begin our pre-emergent spray program for the upcoming season. We have been consistent with this over the past couple years and it has done a nice job f ti g j tb k f d The first aerification of gr will be doing some suppl compaction issues. They surface.
