Young professionals have always been at the forefront of our region’s growth and innovation, and Greater Rochester Chamber has been proud to support and evolve alongside these leaders as they come into their own and shape the future of our region.
In the 20th century, we operated our Rochester Junior Chamber of Commerce. In the 2010s, we founded our Future Leaders’ Advisory Council, developing and platforming young leaders to have a voice in the future of our organization and community. And just last year, we launched our unified Greater ROC Young Professionals’ event series, conference, and leadership program And that brings us to today – at our first-ever Re:Gen Rising awards ceremony. Each version of our young professionals programming has built upon the past versions while evolving to meet the moment and the needs of current young professionals Throughout all of this, one thing has remained consistent: the belief that the support and development of a connected and collaborative network of young professionals helps individuals rise together and propels region-wide growth

Allison Hinman is the President & CEO of the National Susan B Anthony Mu She has nearly a decade of progressive experience in historic house museums w provides visitors with opportunities to experience the power of place and conn changemakers of our past.
Hinman has served in a variety of capacities at the Anthony Museum, which began with an internship in 2014. In 2024 as chief operating officer, she served as project manager for renovations to the Carriage House to prepare the site to become an early voting location. The Anthony Museum welcomed over 6,000 early voters in Monroe County that year.
Before joining the Anthony Museum, Hinman served as Assistant Director of Development at the George Eastman Museum and as Director of Development at the Seward House Museum In addition to a B A in History from Westminster College, Hinman earned a M A in Museum Studies and a M A in Arts Leadership Administration from Syracuse University She is a former member of the City of Rochester’s Preservation Board, has taught courses in museum studies at SUNY Oswego, and currently serves on the Landmark Society of Western New York board

Stephanie Hyde is a Community Engagement Planner at Highland Planning, where she designs and leads outreach strategies that ensure public input shapes equitable, actionable planning outcomes Working across New York State, she supports infrastructure and community development projects by engaging diverse stakeholders and elevating underrepresented voices Her expertise includes coordinating public meetings, conducting stakeholder interviews, and implementing creative outreach efforts Stephanie played a key role in the award-winning City of Rochester Urban Forest Master Plan Update, where she managed the Tree Ambassador program that engaged more than 1,200 residents
With a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University at Albany and training through the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), Stephanie brings a unique ability to listen deeply and translate community perspectives into meaningful insights. She is committed to advancing community engagement practices that build shared ownership, develop local leadership, and strengthen long-term relationships beyond individual projects. As a lifelong Rochester, NY resident, Stephanie is passionate about empowering community members as trusted partners and expanding people-driven engagement models, including ambassador and youth-centered approaches.

JASMINE MABRY

Jasmine Mabry is a Program & Development Coordinator, community advocate, event strategist, professional problem-solver, and most importantly, mom to her energetic 5-year-old daughter, Jordyn who keeps her on her toes and serves as her daily reminder that leadership begins at hom
Born and raised in Rochester, Jasmine has built a career centered around connecting people, creati opportunities, and making things happen. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked in departments at Monroe Community College, supported customers at Verizon Wireless, served as a and even worked as a Flight Attendant. These experiences taught her how to communicate effectiv with people from all walks of life whether on a college campus, in an airport, or at 30,000 feet.

Jasmine believes that life is about creating meaningful connections, embracing new adventures, and showing young people especially her daughter that anything is possible with hard work, compassion, and a little bit of humor. With a Master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling and over 10 years of experience in the disability employment field, Lindsay takes a holistic, person-centered approach to her work. As a certified Work Incentive Practitioner (WIP-C), she guides individuals in understanding how employment impacts Social Security benefits, empowering them to make informed decisions about work and income.

Amy Sadler is an award-winning creative marketer, photographer, and production leader with over a decade of experience spanning production houses, marketing agencies, and academia Passionate about using creativity to build stronger human connections, Amy’s work is rooted in creating opportunities for others to grow, thrive, and feel seen.
As Creative Services Lead at Helen + Gertrude, she leads integrated productions with a people-first approach grounded in collaboration, empathy, and thoughtful storytelling. Her work has helped shape team standards around inclusive casting, fair freelancer pay, and ethical creative practices, contributing to nationally recognized campaigns, including a 2025 Telly Award-winning video for the Rochester Child Advocacy Center.
Since moving to Rochester in 2015, Amy has become deeply connected to the local creative community through photography, mentorship, and education She has collaborated with organizations including TEDxROC, Gilda’s Club Rochester, ROC Girl Gang, and The Center for Youth, while also teaching photography business courses at Rochester Institute of Technology to support the next generation of creatives

Chris has spent the last decade helping nonprofits tell their stories and connect with supporters. After studying journalism at SUNY Brockport, he discovered his real passion was using those storytelling skills to build communities and inspire people to give back. He’s currently working toward his CFRE certification, because even after 10 years in fundrais he’s always looking to learn more
Though he never served in the military himself, Chris grew up surrounded by stories from three generations of Navy veterans in his family. Those experiences shaped his values and his commitment to service in a different form. Now, he gives back to those who served by working at Veterans Outreach Center. Colin Thompson is an architect and emerging leader in Rochester's architecture, engineering, and construction industry. In 2025, he became one of the youngest licensed architects in the United States at the time.
A summa cum laude graduate of SUNY Alfred State, Colin received both the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence and the AIA Medal for Academic Excellence. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he is committed to advancing sustainable design practices that create lasting value for clients, communities, and the environment.
At CPL, Colin contributes to the design and delivery of industrial, commercial, higher education, and community projects, guiding work from concept through construction.
