CAMERAIMAGE EUROPEAN FESTIVAL CENTRE TORUŃ, POLAND
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The European Festival Center Cameraimage is a public building comprising several key sections: the main premiere hall auditorium (CFE), Cinema House including IMAX and Museum (DKI), Shopping and Exhibition Center with an Educational Center (MAR), and a contemporary film recording studio (STU).
The building is designed in close proximity to and directly connected with the CKK Jordanki building by Fernando Menis in Toruń.
MY ROLE THE PROJECT
In this project, I serve as an architect and BIM modeler, additionally supporting the work of the BIM Manager and BIM Coordinator. My role involves dynamically switching between different parts of the project, assisting the lead designers with various design tasks. I joined the project during the Construction Design and Detailed Design phases.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONTRIBUTIONS
My tasks involved solving specific smaller design issues in various parts of the project along with interdisciplinary coordination. Specific responsibilities included:
Detailed design and coordination of all 24 elevators in the project.
• Design and selection of door and window joinery based on complex requirements, including intricate fire safety strategies.
• Detailed design of cinema projection rooms.
• Design of the main premiere hall auditorium, including seating layout, risers, visibility, and balcony design.
• Design of special mobile glass partition walls and smoke, fire, and industrial curtains.
Thanks to advanced standardization and automation using API and Dynamo, we successfully delivered the required Level of Information (LOI) to the client in a short time.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The new City Auditorium, designed for conferences and exhibitions, is set to be located next to the Rzeszów Town Hall in the old town, replacing the current parking lot. The municipality, in collaboration with the local SARP branch, organized an architectural competition for the project. The building is expected to include a multifunctional hall with tiered, mobile seating for approximately 200 people and an exhibition space of 600-800 m². Plans also include a café and a publicly accessible rooftop terrace. The entire auditorium will cover approximately 2,800 m².
MY ROLE THE PROJECT
In this project, I worked with Mr. Kutniowski in a Mentor-Apprentice relationship, where the Mentor sketched with a pencil, and I, as the Architect, was responsible for translating the Mentor’s vision into a dimensioned project, testing various ideas.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONTRIBUTIONS
• Drafting work with conceptual drawings
• Simultaneously creating 3D models
• Concept creating and detailing
• Producing final drawings, graphics, and presentation boards.
• Coordinating the model and collaboration with subcontracted works.

TOWAROWA 22 WARSZAWA
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Towarowa 22 project involves the redevelopment of a degraded urban area through the demolition of a dilapidated commercial hall, the restoration of historic streets, the preservation of valuable buildings, and the design of new residential and service quarters with green terraces. Along Towarowa Street, a connection has been designed between the residential buildings and an office skyscraper at the street intersection via an intermediate multi-functional high-rise building, which is the main part of the project.
The Towarowa 22 skyscraper is a unique core-frame structure entirely based on a modular wooden construction, allowing for the prefabrication of building parts like shipping containers and their assembly by attaching them to the building’s structure.
The functional premise of the building was to create a contemporary „Unité d’Habitation” where, through the appropriate division of space into separate floor modules for residential, office, and semi-public green terrace areas, the project provides a conducive living environment. It is complemented by essential services that address the human needs hierarchy. This approach aims to recreate the idea of meeting all human needs in the most efficient way, thus optimizing the wasted time on commutes and allowing the saved time to be spent outside the building, enjoying life.

TOWN SPORTS CENTRE
TRONINY, POLAND
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project for a new sports and recreation center for the small town of Troniny is located on a site with a degraded warehouse building and remnants of post-war bunkers adjacent to the local forest. Inspired by the „bunker,” the building’s form emerged as a heavy, simple shape, additive in nature like Romanesque architecture, symbolizing a Stone in the Forest.
The goal of the engineering project was to develop a construction design that complies with Polish law to obtain a building permit.
