Design & Development:

(2016-2017) Scope of work included creating the required drawings for authorities’ approvals in coordination with mechanical, electrical & structural departments. Mashrabiya (external skin) detailed drawing. The project underwent major changes when the client

requested changing the upper floors offices to residential apartments at a time the concrete structural skeleton of the building was already constructed. This required producing new coordinated drawings as per existing site conditions.

Architecture: The concept of the tower was inspired by traditional Middle Eastern architecture, though aiming for the creation of a futuristic landmark. The facades present three-dimensional pattern models replicating the Arabic Mashrabiya. The tower hosts the residential section between levels one and 37, and the office section between levels 37 and 48. It has a total of 168 one, two and three-bedroomed apartment units and 117 office suits divided and furnished as simplexes and duplexes. The building also benefits from a swimming pool, gyms, private elevators and retail spaces for supermarkets and pharmacies. Due to its strategic positioning on the Corniche, Burj AlMana offers views and convenient access to key locations, guaranteeing easy connections to important hubs and through its distinctive architectural style, the landmark attracts companies wanting to showcase their status and goals in the market.

Position: Project Site Architect, under the project supervision department management.

Joined the project team on February 2016.

Supervision & Oversight

• Joined the project team in February 2016, overseeing all stages of construction to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.

• Regularly monitored and inspected all architectural work progress on-site, coordinating with contractors and project stakeholders.

• Quality Control

• Conducted detailed inspections of architectural finishes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Oversaw the finishing of critical architectural elements, including Basements: Epoxy flooring, Walls: Paint finishes and gypsum applications, Facade & Exterior Elements: Curtain wall installation, mashrabiya, and other façade details.

• Documentation & Reporting

• Documented site progress, providing regular updates and reports to the project manager.

• Recorded quality control findings and coordinated corrective actions when necessary. This role required a strong focus on quality and detail, ensuring the project met high architectural standards and aesthetic requirements.

Architecture: The project consist with the task of Construction of a commercial and residential building comprising 5 basement levels, a ground floor and (38) additional floors. The towers will include with The ground floor contains parking spot, retail region, coffeehouse, kitchen, inn gathering and its anteroom and parlors, private gathering and its entryway, workplaces and trash room. The primary floor contains assembly hall, three kitchens, two retail zone, workplaces, and storage. The second floor contains the principle eatery and its kitchen, staff eateries, sitting anteroom, workplaces and espresso shop. The third floor contains an outside pool, youngsters' pool, recreation center, jacuzzi, child's region, eatery with open air, indoor tables and it's kitchen, guys spa and females spa. The fourth floor contains a business focus, gatherings room, and workplaces. Local Engineering Trading & Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor.

• Joined the project team in October 2016, assuming a leadership role in overseeing all phases of construction to ensure strict adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.

• Monitored and inspected architectural work progress on-site regularly, ensuring that all activities were carried out according to approved plans and specifications.

• Coordinated with contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to resolve issues, manage schedules, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

• Quality Control

• Led quality control inspections of all architectural finishes, focusing on detailed evaluations to ensure full compliance with project specifications and high-quality standards.

• Oversaw the completion of critical architectural elements, including:

• Basements: Installation of epoxy flooring.

• Walls: Application of paint finishes and gypsum works.

• Facade & Exterior Elements: Curtain wall installation and other exterior façade details, ensuring that the building's aesthetic and functional integrity were maintained.

One of the premier locations within The Pearl-Qatar, La Plage South is located at he southern tip of the island overlooking extensive beaches to the skyline of Doha in the distance. Taking advantage of the configuration of the shoreline, the plot has been developed in a series of the semi circular apartment groupings, the five sea fronting blocks progressively step down from maximum height of seven storeys to one and encapsulate outdoor recreational facilities incorporating extensive leisure pools and landscaping opening out onto the beaches. The design was based on traditional

architecture of domestic houses in Iraq during the 18th & early 19th centuries.

Design & Development:

(2016-2017) Scope of work included conceptual design ,area study, 3D modeling in autocad & 3ds max, coordination with mechanical ,electrical, and structural departments, creating the required drawings for authorities approval.

International hotel chain the Hilton Garden Inn will provide 280 rooms.

5,700sqm office space. 3,700 people will work. More than 290 apartments.

More than 160 multi-use shops.

Approximately 1,300 parking spots.

More than 280 families will live in west walk. The one of a kind pedestrian all year long cooling promenade stretching to 350 meters.

Design:

Edged by the prestige shopping of the Porto Arabia and the glittering Arabian Gulf waters, the Corinthia Yacht Club is where state-of-theart design meets stunning views. The billowing sails of traditional Qatari dhows as they catch the wind echo in the sweep of the

building’s aspect, framed by a clean minimalist façade. Here, maritime and modernity reflect the heritage and innovation combined to create Doha’s exciting energy.

Site Supervision:.

Lead of the Project with Overall responsibilities for the Projects Performance in terms of Architectural Discipline.

• Point of contact for Architectural discipline for effective /efficient Correspondences and Communications with the Project Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Project Technical Site and Internal Team.

• Authorized as the Company’s Representative for liaising with the PMSC Consultants, the Subcontractors and Suppliers for Architectural Discipline.

• Managed all Architectural work in coordination with inter discipline teams of Structure, MEP, QA/QC, Procurement.

• Responsible for project progress complying with contract documents and design parameters. Identify project risk, design impact and finding solutions.

• Responsible for RFI, IR, MIR, Material Submittal Approval, Construction dwg approval

and proper execution on site complying with final approvals & project guidelines for Architectural work.

• Look over on the details of time schedules for engineering, procurement and construction for Architectural discipline

• Project Planning, Scheduling with the planning engineers for the Architectural Submittals and execution work.

• Responsible for accomplishing Architectural work complying with project baseline program.
