A heartfelt gratitude goes out to everyone who joined us for the Clarke Community Clean Up! The turnout exceeded our expectations, making the event an outstanding success. Together, we not only revitalized our neighborhood park and contributed to a cleaner environment but also enjoyed wonderful camaraderie and forged new connections.
For those who couldn’t attend, fret not! We’re planning more exciting events in the future. In the meantime, I encourage each of you to embark on your own cleanup endeavors. Simply grab a couple of garbage bags and take a stroll around the neighborhood. You’ll be astonished by the treasures you find!

Cucumber
dill salad
INGREDIENTS
Dressing:
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp garlic, grated
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salad:
- 1 ½ lb sliced cucumbers
- ½ red onion, finely sliced
- ¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl, set aside
- In another bowl, add sliced cucumbers, red onion and dill
- Pour dressing over cucumbers and mix
- Taste, add salt and or pepper if needed
- Chill until ready to serve
