Semi custom / Biaxial innegra carbon deck and 88 grams spread tow carbon bottom. This technology gives the lightest feel under your feet and adds a superb finishing level. Even more reactive and alive thanks to the 88 grams carbon fibers on the bottom, this board rides without compromise. Using black as a distinctive colour, it’s the most exclusive and eye catching.

The LTD is our “industry benchmark” for high performance boards and is now improved thanks to the new deck laminate that reduces weight and increases impact resistance.

The Biaxial Carbon innegra fibers guarantee an impressive strength and long life. By mixing layers of innegra and carbon we also got a superb distinctive look. The bottom is built with 5 mm PVC foam 100 Kgs/m3, covered with a 160 grams glass full length and a half bottom length glass layer.

BLACK RIBBON LIMITED EDITION TECHNOLOGY

The LTE is our wood technology which combines strength and lightness by adding specific reinforcements and perfectly combining them underneath the wood laminate. Those layers are combined together and placed very efficiently to reinforce the most stressed parts, leaving a lighter weight in less stressed areas. Both deck and bottom are laminated using a 0,6 mms wood veneer and Biaxial Glass fibers with a solid PVC reinforced bottom.

Our strongest technology, the E-TECH is made for those entering or starting windsurfing. Suitable for schools and centers that want maximum durability.

On the deck it combines 2 glass layers of 300gr and 400gr together with the Wood 0,6 mm which is the most resistant material available. The bottom has a thick glass layer of 450 gr and reinforcements on both nose and tail for maximum impact resistance.

When we first rode the Pocket Rocket 180 cm we immediately understood that we had our feet onto a new real jewel. The lack of a nose in front of the mast track, allowed to be more stable and keep foiling even in the lightest winds without the need of a big sail. It was enough to use a 5,2 Gamma 3 batten wave sail with only 10-15 knots of wind, having a blast. Not to mention the practical side of things while you pack up and load the gear in your car! That included everything you needed; sail, mast, boom, base, all you had to add was the board. Now 4 years of development later, we offer a full quiver in a back pack, with a level of performance and finish that is not only winning tests globally, but would have been impossible to imagine 5 years ago. The Future is here and the future is Compact.

WHAT IS IT?

For whatever reason, space is always critical, and that is why the Compact Series was born. In a sense it is the ultimate in simplicity. Everything you need to power your board and enjoy windsurfing, all fitting inside a back pack. The mast comes in multiple sections not only reducing the size, but also allowing different lengths for different sail size. The boom neatly splits in 2 for transportation and included in the back pack is the extension.

That just leaves the sails, which are carefully designed to fold in half for ultra portability. (1) Our unique batten system allows quick release of the tension and a split in the centre allows for easy folding. (2) A Dacron strip running now the middle of the sail gives a heavy duty folding section, allowing the sail to fold and roll and pack up half the size. Each backpack can fit up to 3 sails inside.

BOOM HEAD: The most versatile boom head on the market. A removable adaptor allows the front end to fit any mast, whether its SDM or RDM. Our front end offers the perfect mix of strength and stiffness, whilst remaining comfortable to use and forgiving on the mast.

BOOM CURVES: Every boom length has a specific bend curve to perfectly suit its range of use and making riding as comfortable as possible.

CUSTOM TAIL BENDS: Like the boom curves, the tail bends are custom designed for each boom length. Wide for power on the larger sizes. Narrow for control on the small sizes.

CUSTOM PULLEY/CLEAT SYSTEMS: Quick and simple loop go system on all wave and freeride booms, whilst the race booms feature high quality pulley heels for top performance when used with adjustable outhaul systems.

INTERNAL TEXTURED GRIP: Giving new levels of grip on the inside of the boom.

CARBON TAIL PROTECTION: Rubber protection on all our carbon tail ends.

MAST

Made in Europe out of the best quality pre-preg carbon T700 and T800, our masts offer an incredibly high reflex response. Designed with a progressive constant curve, our masts are not only ideally suited to RRD sails, but also fit the majority of other brands.

The larger sizes of mast feature our “Feather tip” layup which reduces the weight by nearly 20% in the top section of the mast, which not only saves nearly 10% overall weight, but more significantly brings the centre of gravity down, multiplying that saving even further, and giving an incredible light feel.

The smaller RDM masts feature additional reinforcement making them incredibly strong when used in waves or high wind enviroments.

New for Y25 is the Dynamic Pro Comp. This is the lightest and highest performance mast available, designed specifically for our race and freestyle programs. Ultra light and incredible reflex.

•Plexiglass protection – A customised Plexiglass tape not only adds Italian style, but also provides additional protection to the bottom section of the mast, where the majority of the abuse occurs.

•Virtual IMCS – Through testing we found that although IMCS ratings (stiffness) are equal in different carbon contents, the feel on the water is not the same. We therefore developed our own Virtual IMCS system, that makes small modifications to the stiffness of the mast depending on the carbon %. The result means that no matter what your budget, you know you will get the perfect performance from our sails.

2) Freemove line, designed to work at their best, both with our Firemove, Fireride line of boards and suited also for our 360 Evolution boards range
