You know what moves me? Exercising my mind. Let’s keep walking to a minimum and avoid stairs when we can.
Some walking is okay during the day. I can get on and off a coach, and I’m ready to stroll through cities and to stand for a few hours when we’re learning in museums.
I exercise for fun, not to win contests. I like to explore at an easy pace, stopping to snap photos and smell the roses. Varied terrain doesn’t scare me, but let’s not do anything too extreme.
I like to spend most of the day exploring. I want my days full. Stairs don’t bother me, and I love to keep up with the group.
I enjoy getting my heart going on my bike or on trails. Nothing beats the thrill of taking on a rewarding climb or ride on varied terrain with inclines. Let’s keep moving — occasional stops only, please.

When you first sign up, you only have to put down a low deposit to secure your space. For many of our learning adventures, the deposit is just $100 for land programs in North America, $250 for International land programs and $500 for Adventures Afloat programs.
Want to change your mind? You’ll find our transfer and cancellation policies give you a lot of flexibility. For example, for most of our North America land programs, you can transfer to another program 60 days before your originally scheduled departure date at no cost. For most International land programs, you can switch 75 days prior to departure with no fee. Be sure to read the transfer and cancellation policies before you enroll to understand your options.

GETTING THERE.
For our programs in the U.S., you’ll need to make your own travel arrangements, but we provide all the details you need to do the planning yourself. However, for international programs, we highly recommend you purchase your airfare through us. If you prefer, in most cases, you can make your own airfare arrangements. If you do, you’ll be responsible for getting yourself from the airport to the starting location of your program and returning to the airport at the end. It’s important to note that if we need to alter your program in a way that affects flight schedules, you will be responsible for changing your flight plans and paying any change fees.
