Our activities a re guided by IQ principles and driven by the motto “Innovating Truth. Impacting Lives” and the slogan “Where Discovery Meets Real -World Change.”

Founded to empowe r marginalized youth with essential life skills and to drive positive change in communities through initiatives on GBV, inclusion, and anti -racism.


Began with s elf -funded initiatives in Nunavut and Ottawa, delivering financial literacy and life -skills training; following our proposals, the Government of Nunavut funded our two most recent projects.


Received generous support (canopies, chairs, etc) from the City of Iqaluit, which contributed to making our recent community project (Unity Race) highly successful.

Ou r recent project attracted over 100 participants, prompting plans to expand next year, including increased logistics (t -shirts, hoodies, etc.).
We equip individuals and communities with the knowledge and skills to make informed financial decisions and manage their finances with ease
We promote mental health, suicide prevention, and harm reduction by engaging individuals and communities across Nunavut through culturally grounded initiatives.
We facilitate access to economic opportunities by supporting individuals and communities, especially in Nunavut, through skills development, mentorship, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
We are committed to strengthening access to quality education by engaging young people in communitybased initiatives.
