In 2021/22, Council harmonised the Domestic Waste Management (DWM) charge, in conjunction with General Rates harmonisation.To smooth out the impacts of these changes, it was agreed the DWM charge would be based on partial cost recovery, drawing down on the DWM reserve over this period.

That Council endorse the public exhibition of the proposed Car Share parking fees as detailed in the report, and that they be exhibited within the 2026/27 Fees and Charges.
Reinstate 2024/25 fees and charges with an increase of3.8% and 3.6% for 2025/26 and 2026/27 respectively. These fees were deleted in 2025/26.
